But don't you lose weight every day? Maybe weighing yourself every day would even motivate you more! Or don't you think so?
Well I am not sure why but most nutritionist say that it is healthier to have five smaller meals. Unfortunately I don't really know why. But I will look it up! Hopefully I will find the answer!
