Unbelievable! I wish my clothes wouldn't be that tight anmore. But most of my clothes are actually all very tight! You may also reward yourself with some new clothes! Do you have any people who support you? I think that support is very important but unfortunately I don't have any support...

No, I don't really have anyone to support me, that is one reason I am writing in this forum, for a little support, my kids don't care, I think they like having a chubby Mom, they say, but why do you want to be slim, you are over the hill anyway! They don't really come out and say that, but I imagin that is what is crossing their mind.

Well Tinkerbell, all the pills are a fad. If there were such a thing that truly worked there wouldn't be overweight people, everyone would be using them. Lulu hit the nail on the head though with stating how they worked then she stopped and carries the 35 lbs once again. Pills and patches are short lived.
It's your mind set and you taking control of yourself that is the only
"true" way. Not easy, not at all. I know, I'm 19 lbs short now of my goal to lose 120 pounds (no gastric bypass, all on my own.) You have
to be the one to say "enough is enough" and then follow a healthier
regimine.
The only reason any wonder drug works is because of the mind frame
it creates in you and though they may work to some point, ask yourself what will the consequences be down the road possibly years from now when they find out the true side effects. A chance I never wanted to
take.
Good luck to you in whatever you do ! At least your in the right place for support from so many others like ourselves who are fighting the weight loss issue. I hope all goes well for you and you reach your
goal ! Please know I'm not one of those "negative" folks mentioned
in a post here, I'm just realistic.

Hugs of Luck to You,
Juniee

I am sorry that you don't have any support. Even your kids don't support you. I am sure that this really hurts. But I am glad that you have found your way to this forum. I will motivate and support you whenever I can. I think it is great that you have decided to lose weight! Who cares wheather you are losing because of a diet or because of kioslim.

Thank you girls, Cortlandrose, you are right, I can't disagree with you, I need the head help, and after I am finished with my redusyn, then I am on my own, I am able to accept that, and by then I will have made a big change in my lifestyle to keep the weight off forever.

Yes I think that you really need to change your lifestyle. But a lifestyle change is really difficult and maybe you won't be able to do it on your own. Right now you are losing weight because of redusyn and in a few weeks you should lose weight because of your healthy lifestyle. Have you already changed anything?

Yes, I have, I don't get so hungry I know it is redusyn that helps me, but I am sure I will keep it up. I really like the way I am eating now, I just feel better, not so bloated all the time. I like the feeling, and being more active is agreeing with me.I will keep this up.

This sounds good. What do you usually eat? Just healthy products or do you allow yourself even some sweets sometimes? And what about exercising? I am sure that you have started to do sports, haven't you? How long are you going to take the pills and has somebody already realized your weight loss?
