30 pounds to go....tips??
I'm 23 and so far I have lost about 60 pounds all together. I only have about 30 more pounds to go, but no matter what I do I can't seem to get it off I have a cruise that I am going to June 1st. I know that it is unrealistic to lose 30 pounds by then, but I hope to lose 15 (i think that is wishful thinking though). The thing that is hard is I am a nursing student, and I am alway piled with homework, studying, clinicals, etc. when I am not doing that I am working, so I find it hard to find time to go to the gym. I will go outside and take walks for the exercise and fresh air. When I go to the gym, I will usually either swim laps, or lift weights, but with so much to do its not always easy to get there. I drink about 64oz of water a day and usually have green tea during the day as well. If I could just find something at home I could do that would help it would be good. I wont take diet pills, I tried in the past in the way begining and they gave me heart palpitations...it was so scary (i know they are bad). Any ideas how I can get rid of the last 30 pounds?! Anything will be appreciated. Thanks
