Question Is it possible, I've always been over weight?

I'm a 25 year old mother of 2. For as long as I can remeber, I've always been over weight, ever since child hood. My weight doesnt seem to ever be going up or down. I've preety much been wearing the same size for years. What I would like to know is there any body out there that can relate to my story. Is it possible to ALWAYS have been over weight, then get skinny? It just seems I was ment to be this way. HELP!!

Default Sizes

HI,
I am 25 as well. I have been overweight most of my life from kindergarten on up. I feel like there is the this super sexy person inside that is dying to get out. I have never been successful with diets and exercise. I am trying Weight Watchers again for the second time. I lost 30lbs in 2005 and went down to a size 14 and was almost at a 12 when my boyfriend broke up with me and moved away. SOOOO .. eating seems to be something I do to pass the time and exercise has never been my friend. SOOO here i go again on my own. Traveling down this diet road once more. I am going to lose the weight this time. I feel unhealthy all of a sudden. I guess I am tired of wearing the same size and the same ole clothes .. my sister is a size 2 go figure and I'm a size 16. Definitely both ends of the spectrum when you look at us. I don't hate on her ... but part of me wants to be as confident as she is in her appearance.

SOOOO .. i definitely feel your pain. I resolve to keep moving and not let people interfere with my plan.

I'm 27 and I have 1 child. I've been in the same situation as you. I did loose a lot of weight several years back, but that was before I had my son. Now, I'm excersizing

cont....and eating right, but I've lost a whopping 5 lbs. in 2 1/2 months!!! I'm so frustrated! I don't really want to be on diet pills or do anything other than loose the weight myself, but it sure seems like I need more help than I'm giving myself. Maybe we could encourage one another.
