ok, i always thought myself fat (178cm/5ft 10in and weighing about 80kg/160lbs) but lately i've started to walk to work and school so i'm doing about 60km a week. Since starting this i have lost 10kg and am still losing - i had not planned for this much weight loss! I dont want to keep losing weight but rather begin toning but i dont want to give up the walking because i feel a lot healthier since i started this regime. how
do i get the weight loss to stop? |

Make sure you're getting ALL your vitamins into your diet! As long as you are eating healthy, the weight loss shouldn't be a bad thing. I didn't know walking more could do so much ... I'm about your height, weigh about 20 lbs more ... maybe I should do a few laps around the quad before I go to class.
If it keeps going at this rate, though, you should probably see a doctor. It should level out soon as your muscle tone gets better and you have no more extra fat to lose. |

ok, awesome, thanks little!
i didn't know walking did that much either but i also spend all my time running around at work, or at least on my feet. I take daily vitamins and berocca so i should be ok onthe whole dietary requirements thing. |

IF you find that you are still losing too much maybe you should walk less. Keep walking so you keeop fit but just walk a little less.
I'm really thin. i have problesm with food and i've just started jogging. i've lost alot and been adivsed to keep jogging but not so much. |
