Question losing weight - bad?

ok, i always thought myself fat (178cm/5ft 10in and weighing about 80kg/160lbs) but lately i've started to walk to work and school so i'm doing about 60km a week. Since starting this i have lost 10kg and am still losing - i had not planned for this much weight loss! I dont want to keep losing weight but rather begin toning but i dont want to give up the walking because i feel a lot healthier since i started this regime. how

do i get the weight loss to stop?

Make sure you're getting ALL your vitamins into your diet! As long as you are eating healthy, the weight loss shouldn't be a bad thing. I didn't know walking more could do so much ... I'm about your height, weigh about 20 lbs more ... maybe I should do a few laps around the quad before I go to class.
If it keeps going at this rate, though, you should probably see a doctor. It should level out soon as your muscle tone gets better and you have no more extra fat to lose.

i didn't know walking did that much either but i also spend all my time running around at work, or at least on my feet. I take daily vitamins and berocca so i should be ok onthe whole dietary requirements thing.

IF you find that you are still losing too much maybe you should walk less. Keep walking so you keeop fit but just walk a little less.
