Hey I'm 19 and trying to lose a significant amount of weight(about 80-85lbs) so that I am at a healthy weight for my height. I just started doing the 6 meals a day thing which is supposed to keep your metabolism elevated all day. I am also a thrower on my school's track team so I work out pretty much everyday, but I never feel motivated to push myself for long.
So I'm looking for a buddy who can help keep me motivated. Anybody want to buddy up? |

Sorry I haven't been on in a long time. I have been lost to the whole working out thing, but started again a few days ago and am trying to get back on track. If you still want a buddy, I would love one to help keep me motivated! Let me know and we can exchange e-mail or aim.

I just turned 21, and I need to lose about 40 lbs! I would love to have someone to work through this with. I feel like all of my friends are like "I'm so fat...I just hit 130 lbs...I need to lose weight like 10 lbs." It kind of makes me mad because I have a lot more weight to lose, and it seems so much harder for me to lose it! Hopefully we can all work together and support each other! how much you need to exercise a day in order to loose about 2 lbs a week? i weigh about the same as you and i'm short in height, i have started a healthier diet as well so i hope this time it will be successful.

I'm 21 and looking for a weight loss buddy. I'm new to this site and not sure if there is anyone available. But I am a stay at home mom, 5'3" and looking to lose about 40lbs. I recently had a baby (6mths ago) which is a reason I gained so much weight. I can't afford to go to the gym and don't really know anyone in my town so I was looking for a friend with the same goals. Let me know :P

hey there mo1988 i am in the same boat you are i am actually looking to loose about 130 pounds and I will be happy but I just need to get started, its just a matter of how and when, my husband and I are looking to join a gym when we move in with my parents and hopefully that will help with the weightloss but until then i need someone that can keep me motivated and everything. I am also 19.
