Hello, Well obviously I am here because I need to loose weight and get into better shape. Its not for vanity, but health. I have high blood pressure in the danger level and sometimes the meds work and sometimes they dont. Weight loss might just help me out.
I weigh about 240, havent "worked out" for 25 years or so. The meds make exercise hard, they cause me to cough badly with over excursion .
Cant change them because I have had many kinds that didnt help the blood pressure and these do.
I am currently trying to use a total gym, an ab lounger and a pilates machine. I dont diet because I dont eat that badly, just have never exercised. I dont eat breakfast even though I know its important it makes me nauseous,LOL. I dont ever fry, dont use much salt, we eat lots of turkey, chicken and pork, and veggies. I dont drink anything but water and a coffee in the morning. I dont go for walks because of the pills.
I dont think I could take diet pills because of the blood pressure.
Well there you go me in a nutshell LOL.
