Okay so let me give you some history that hopefully will help u help me out.
im now 24 and weigh as far as i know 180 ( i dont have scales so i would have to go to my neighbors house to know the exact number) i weighed 4 years ago 280. i have always ben bigger but also strong but i had gotten sick and the medicine left me gaining weight and not being able to get up and do things then a few years later i fell of the roof at a job site and was in bed for a long time in recovery as i fell 35 feet so i could not work out but wanted to
i have low blood sugar so i have to eat no mater what or i get hyperglycemic but i try to eat small potions and water , salad no fatty foods soda or junk foods like chips or cakes. I actualy dont like chocolate i know i know im strange.. i eat rice and corn flakes crackers and potaoes i dont like to much pasta's and im a vegetarian i dont like to eat meat cuz it makes me depressed to think of the slaughter of animals but i do once in a while at resturaunts i just dont think of what im eating at the time. i dont do to much in the winter as far as exercie i just bought "Hip hop abbs but have not started those as soon i might be traveling with my b/f and staying at hotels and most of them dont have dvd players to use. afer i get back from my trip i am going to get a nother ab loung sport as i bought one and it was helping me when i used it a few years ago but had a lot of family problems and i sold it and gave up on diet and exercise. i have no schedul i dont know what times of day to eat or what to eat or what is good to drink i dont take any medicines or vitamines i dont have a good sleep habbit , in the summer i jog 3 miles a day i have asthma and alergies and i cant do more than that but i like doing that and it helps me out. i found if i am bored i eat more so i trying to stay busy and i have comfort foods one thing is i am lactose intolerant so if i eat or drink dairy in large amounts my hole body iches unless i take benadril before i eat so i dont drink milke never has as a baby even im not sure if i am sapose to or not. i love cheese and yorguts but dont eat it often, i absolutly love oatmeal and would eat that all day long but im not sure if its healthy as i also eat toast with it ive never counted callories and dont understand any of that. i like to job but i dont want to do that in the winter i dont want to get to cold or something?
two other things is i dont have a lot of money to spend so i cant just go out and pay a trainer or anything like that right now also im moving out of this state as soon as b/f and i can find an apartment with pets allowed , after i get all settled i wanted to join a gym im sure that would be way beter than just buying all that equipment and not being able to use it properly besides even though im 24 i dont drive nor plan on it.
i also was drinking slim fast at noon instead of eating but im not sure if that was helping
so what i was going to do after i got back from my trip (if the weather lets me go) was
get ultra 90 am and pm as the radio said if u want to lose a lot of weight to do both, use my hip hop abs dvd's programe and also get a new ab loung , set up an actual schedual for eating and sleeping and exercising and try to stick to it all to see how it helps me out , and not buy a scale and look at that as it can depress u sometimes
then i heard if u get up and drink a glass of water an hour before u work out then work out before breakfast it helps then to not eat lunch but to drink an energy drink then work out before and after dinner ... but i also have heard that energy drinks to bad things to ppl and so i have not done anything yet
i have a b/f of 3 years who loves me for me so im not one of those girls who will do anything to look cute. thats not the point of all this for me
i want to get in shape , be healthy and live longer. someday we want to have kids and i want to be there with them in all there activities i have 5 nephews under the age of 7 so i know i need all the health and energy i can have to keep up with kids LOL
one thing about me is if i start something i stay committed PLZ HELP ME OUT GIRLS!

wow i am sorry i cant spell i did not do much at school as u can tell but i did graduate yay and intend on going to college someday.
*i like to jog not job , but im not sure if u should in the winter.
*energy drinks "Do bad things to ppl not to bad things.. gues i should have proof read slower haha..
i also for got to say that i was going to join the army 4 years ago that is why i had started trying to get in beter shape before i joined as i could not pass the test u go through before they sign u, up.

okay ive been banned from here and also sick for a while so i was not online but im getting over being sick and i went online to dogpile the search engine and typed in ultra 90 scam and i found a lot of web pages were ppl tried the pills and hated it and it is a lot of money to be wasting and after reading about 60 ppl's comments about how it did not help them or some even gained weight i am not going to buy it or try it , i had my doubts from the begining and realy ya'll are right the best way to weight loss is a life time commitment of diet exercise and knowing what to do and what to expect so i wont try any pills as i also read a lot of the other diet pills and most of those are dangrouse and lots of money that i dont have to just waste so i gues i'l get a nother ab lounge and start some kind diet and exercise programe i can try my very best to stick to and see how it goes

Ultra 90
About 3 1/2 years ago I found myself still carrying around 35+ lbs that I hated. I decided to take it off and get back down to where I was proud. I was 5'4" and almost 190 lbs.......I started eating better, exercising a little and I stopped eating around 6:00. I took Ultra90 PM around 9:30 and went right to bed. I did this faithfully for about 3 mths and was down to 147. I'm not sure if I lost so much so fast because of the Ultra90 but it felt like a miracle drug to me. It doesn't have ANYTHING bad in it. I made sure to check it out and ask my Dr. cause I get shaky very easily. This is all natural and the collagen is great for your skin! I do believe in ULTRA90. Just in case you were wondering, the AM and PM formula are the same thing but I did the PM cause I liked to habit of not eating 3 hrs before bedtime. I was very discipline on that and it made a huge difference. I put 20 lbs back on over 2 years but that was NOT because I stopped Ultra90, it was because I went back to bad habits...........fast food, eating late, etc............I'm back on my calorie counting diet and I'm starting Ultra 90 again this week.
