I have been on ultra 90 for just over a month. I am on the am formula. My husband takes both the am and pm. I haven't noticed any weight loss at all. My pants seem to be feeling a little looser but that could be just wishful thinking. I think the water is very important. I drink about four of the 16 ounce bottles a day. Is there anyone that has been on it for more than 30 days?

If you had success with diet and exercise just stick with it. There's a reason you should be nervous about taking pills. You've most likely plateaued and just need to adjust your diet and exercise. Add something new to your routine and if you're not able to be as active then you need to be more careful about eating less.

I could not agree more. Stick with whats works for you. Diet and exercise is the way to go. Its a long term solution. The pills and crazy diets wont last.

Let us help you come up with a diet and exercise plan then. Seriously, the pills are not the way to go.

Tell us what your current diet is like and we'll help you make healthy adjustments. Also, what is your activity like and your schedule, we can suggest some daily exercise that will reasonably fit in to your life.

...if you're seriously committed to losing weight that is. None of it will work (pills included) if you're not ready to make a lifestyle change.
