Default Buddy?

ok so i like my body but there are things i would like to make better. I am at a good weight for my height and everything i just want to tone up and eat better.

i have heard of people having a buddy to help with motivation and everything. does this actually work?

and if anyone has any good suggestiong on how to trim up thighs and flatten a belly let me know since these are the only spots that i would like to change

I might could help out a little. I am trying to loose weight to, but i am going for about forty pounds. i work out but then i get lazy and quit then i gain back more than i lost.
