ok im 14 and i eigh 220 and im about 5'2'' and im really fat
im doing this thing call body by glamor and its a workout plan and sort of a deit thig as well but if anyone has any other advice to help me lose like i dont know 25 pounds a month or somthing because i want to be 95 pounds before i go into 9th grade and im working real hard and eating helthy so please dont tell me to do those things i just need some tips like healthy things to eat and do stuff like that k thanks

Miss Erin,
Keep yourself busy with other things in your life. Do things you enjoy and you won't have as much time to eat. Think about the times you eat and why. Are you bored, mad, is it a habit? Healthy snacks are good throughout the day (fruits/vegetables, yogurt, string cheese, whole grain bread, etc). Don't starve yourself this will only cause you to overeat in the end and gain back all the weight and then some. Stay active and don't have junk food around you. Make it a habit of only going out to eat once or twice a month if you have to. Hope this helps a little. Oh, also don't set unreasonable expectations. 25 pounds a month is unreal. Try 10 lbs./month, then you can meet your goal easier and feel more successful! Good luck! ![]() Lauren |
