Hi everyone,I am waiting on my Removyl tablets to arrive and happened upon this site. It's nice to see that there are others out there trying this product. I am going to be 30 this year and would like to get back to my High School weight of 180lbs. I currently weigh 236!! I'll be sure to keep everyone posted on my progress as I am due to receive my pills around May 30th. Wish me luck!!

I was reluctant to order this pill, because i figured it was all hype, but it seems to be working for some of you so i think i will take my chances with it!


I agree with some of the ladies that there is no miracle pill, and for those of you who would like to add a little excercise program to your lives, i suggest CURVES 30 minute fitness and weightloss center. it is a gym ONLY for women, the machines are designed specifically for women. it is light cardio work, mixed with strength training and firming and toning exercises.


I work at one of these facilities so i know first hand that they work. you may ask if i work at a gym why don't i just work out? i do when i have time, but right now, i have been too busy with office work to do the fitness training as well. (there are some personal problems going on in the store (owner is a !!)) but the actual gym itself is great.


and i did lose weight while i worked out there, but seeing as i need to lose about 100 pounds, its kind of difficult to do it all by self self, especially when your only 19 and its summer time. (i do need to lose like 100 lbs, currently i weigh in at 252, i would be perfectly fine and healthy at 152.)


so if your interested, go to curves.com, and find a location near you. its a little expensive, but its worth the support you get from the trainers and the other ladies!! and of course the change youre making for your self!!


congradulations to all of you who have lost even 1 pound, and hopefully it will go good for me too!!

have you seen/heard about AVON? they have some really nice stuff in there. you can get an electronic scale for like $35! its really pretty and reliable!

Cool Wish me luck!!

I have not received my order yet and it has been about a week since I received the email that my order has been shipped.
Please keep posting about your progress because i am second guessing my decision in ordering this product. The results have been so inconsistent with everyone...I pray it works because sometimes a miracle is warranted.

I have not recieved my pills yet, but they should arrive this week.
I went to Curves for 2 months and ended up only half a pound lighter than when I started so I gave up. I was under a lot of stress and I think that is why it didn't work for me. I am 50 pounds lighter than I was a year and a half ago but I still want to lose another 25 to 30 pounds, but I have been stuck at my current weight for at least 3 months now.

I started dieting and exercising on May 12, 2008 and my starting weight was 245. And now today, I weight 230, I lost a total of 15 from just dieting and exercising alone. Hopefully when I get the pills, it will speed up my process even more.
This is how i pretty much eat now. Breakfast: 1 cup of special k cereal with half a cup of no fat milk, a fruit and a bottle of water. Snack, I would eat a fruit and a bottle of water. Lunch: a chicken sandwich on wheat bread or 7 grain bread with low fat mayo, a fruit, and yogurt and water. Snack: special k cereal bar or trail mix and a bottle of water. Dinner: boiled chicken with boiled veggies and a bottle of water. Snack would be a fruit of yogurt and some more water

And I go to the gym. I do three sets of the flat bench, incline, and decline bench. I would work my shoulders, bicep, triceps etc. Most importantly is cardio: I walk about 5 miles a day. My city has a lake and its 1 mile and a quarter long and I would walk that 4 times. I work out 5 days a week and I have the weekends off.

My diet is really strict, but it's working! hopefully when I get the pills, it will speed up my weight loss process faster.

Im new and have ordered the pills they have been shipped and should arrive soon I need to lose over 40 pounds... has anyone else tried the these and is so how is it going
