I've just received an e-mail saying my order was shipped on May 5th. I too am awaiting the pills arrival. I currently weight in at 200 pounds. I really need to lose around 50 to 60 pounds. I agree we will see. I'll keep you all posted.

Well its offically day two and im now 136 pounds instead of 137 that could or could not be because i ate more yesturday but as far as how i feel ive been feeling fine the pills are big! hard to swollow at first...but its only the second day so its hard to say if its working or not yet the pound loss could just be a fluctuation but the instructions say you must exercise at least 30 min three days a week and eat higher in protein and lower in carbs to see the best results....only side effect ive really seen is that my hunger is curved im not as hungry as i usually am at certain times of the day so that could be why i lost the pound because i havent really been craving food all day...could be a good or bad thing? but ill keep you guys posted and let me know when you all get yours im interested to see how you guys do also!

The ad that I was reviewing in my FIRST magazine says that they are tablets and you dissolve them under your tongue...What is up with the large pills? Any of you that have already ordered this product and have started taking it...please keep us informed on your progress. It will be interesting to see how well this really works. The ad also states that weight loss can be achieved:

WITHOUT any strict diet
and WITHOUT strenuous exercises."

Hello everyone!! I received my pills today 5/14. I will start
tomorrow in the am. They enclosed directions about what you
should do and not do. They do stress to exercise three times a week.
Drink lots of water. I will keep you posted as well. I will start tomorrow
and also start to exercise as well. All the ingredients are herbs - so
it will interesting if it works. I just hope it does curb my appetite
because that is a big conquest!!!!

Hello all, I am new to the forum but I wanted to respond. I received my shipment yesterday and took the first pill this morning. I have never had much luck with these products but yet I keep trying. I too am confused about the ad I read it too said that the tablets were to be place under the tongue to dissolve but yet I received big pills. Also the ad didn't say anything about exercise and the info sent with it states 5 days a week plus diet. My dilemma is if the pill works like it says, why all the exercise? If I start exercising like that I will lose weight on my own just from that. I can not do the recommended fitness because of a disability this is why I bought the pills.
I will keep posted if I lose any I would be happy with 15lbs though I need to lose 80.

I too just received my shipment and took my first pill today. The container said its a new improved formula in capsules. They probably switched it because the tablets probably tasted bad.

The exercise that they talk about is walking or cardio a couple days a week. Plus weight training a couple days a week. I'm lucky to have a treadmill and bowflex in the house..but dont like using them. I want to lose 60 pounds. Lets see how these pills work by themselves.
