    Hi, I'm new to women's health. =P
I'm 17, and currently 5'3 and 189. not a good combination. I ordered removyl february 27, and got my order 2 days ago. I read every one of the posts on the product and read some success stories and some not-so-good feedback on it. Regardless I really want to try it for myself. So far I've lost 3 pounds, And before that I was 200. I had already been on a healthy "lifestyle" lol (diet sounds so negative and short term) and had lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks just by eating healthy and not drinking soda, but I want to speed things up a little.
I'll let everyone know how things are coming along if anyone is interested. I'm hoping my results are positive and if anyone is currently taking removyl I wish them the best of luck! =D

Losing 9 pounds in two weeks is actually a lot. Typically when starting a diet and exercise program (if you are very overweight) your body will drop a lot right away. Once you settle into a healthy lifestyle, expect to lose 1-2 pounds a week. I know, that's not a lot and it takes a lot of patience and sticking with it but losing it slow is the best way to make sure you keep it off.

Smile Hoping for a success story! lol

ha yes I totally agree with you! I've been doing alot of exercise, I went for a 40 min walk today with my sis, and ate really well. Yes I'm also taking the pills, I don't feel weird and have not experienced any side effects so I'll stick with them for a bit and see if anything comes of it. I'm 188 as of this morning. =P so that is good. dropped another pound.

Is anyone else taking Removyl? I'd love to hear how your progressing, and how your doing overall with weightloss! =]

Just wanted to send a BIG thanks to all who posted about the RemovylAdvancedFormula scam....I was about to be sucked in until I checked out this site. I need to lose a lot and it sounded sooooo good... that was my first red flag, and then all the info here helped. So again Thanks!

Somewhere in my reading thru all the posts someone mentioned Hoodia and I tried a bottle from my health food store a few years ago and it did really curb my appetite so I'm going to get some more and hopefully it will work the same this time....I actually had to remind myself to eat which is highly unusual for me... :-)

And I'm going to dust off that Total Gym I bought last year and have only used a few times!

I went on a protocol for 2 months that I just finished...was supposed to get rid of yeast in my body and result in at least a 10 lb. weight loss....didn't turn out exactly like that for me....I gained 4 pounds!! but the good part was that my sugar cravings have decreased and I broke a severe Dr. Pepper addiction...I drank it constantly 6 to 12 cans a day.....even though everyone told me how bad it was for my health not to mention the expense!!! so I am grateful for that.

All the Best to everyone here in achieving your goals.

I have tried it. I started on 3/23/09 at 173, today I got on the scale and I weigh 166. I know that those 7 lbs could be water weight, but what I like about it so far is that I'm not jittery or nervous. I'm being careful about what I eat, and trying to pay attention to when I'm full. It has made me feel fuller and I just don't feel the need to pig out! Obviously, you can't eat anything and still lose, it's just not possible with any pill. I work 12 hrs a day and I have always been an emotional eater(sad, happy, angry, bored). It has always been hard to work while being bored, and not just eat. This week it has been so much easier. Could it be a magic pill, probably not, but I like it so far! I just got my friend to try it yesterday, and she said she noticed she didn't eat as much for lunch or supper and couldn't believe how full she felt. I will keep everyone posted. I have a cruise I'm going on in less then 4 weeks, I would love to have lost 20 by then, but who knows.

Hi I was wondering do the pills make you gittery or give you a headache? Thanks.

No, I don't feel jittery or have a headache. I have tried stacker 2, when it had ephedra, and I couldn't sit down, and constantly had a headache. With this, I do have a little extra energy, but I could also fall asleep an hr after taking it. I do home health 12 hrs a day, and get realllllly bored, so this has been nice because it seems to keep me from eating when I'm bored. Now, it says to not take one less then 5 hrs before bed and I haven't. I've always had problems sleeping and don't want to take a chance of it affecting me, but I noticed yesterday that 3 hrs after taking one, it was quiet at work and I was reading, and I started to dose off. Hope this helps.

I've been reading a lot about Removyl here and ordered on Feb 16th and didnt receive the product till the end of the month. Called them and they re-shipped and promised that I would get it by the 21st March and I still didnt get it. So I requested for a refund. I was hoping on Removyl to help me with weight loss. Overall I am very disappointed with the customer service - how can 2 shipments go missing? Has anyone else experienced like this?
