Ok I finally got them yesterday afternoon!
DAY 1: drank first pill & weighed in at 202.7 lbs.
I am only 5'4 so I need to weigh about 135 * the most. My first goal is to reach to 150 though since Im also hispanic & my butt & curves pretty much rule my body lol. 52.7 lbs to go!

I will watch what I eat. No strict diet, just something obviously not bad. I have been exercising atleast 2-3 times a week withought them anyway; so I will continue that. And try my best not to eat past 8!!! If I absolutely have to, I will eat my oatmeal or non fatty cereal. Wish me luck!

    Default BeckyLynne -

I was also on Weight Watchers and quit because I'm lazy. I lost 15 pounds on the program. I just did it online and didn't attend any "classes". I'm starting to gain some of the 15 pounds back so I decided to order these diet pills to see if they would work. It's been 5 days and after gaining weight at the beginning, i'm finally back to my starting weight (192). I want to lose 60 pounds and finally be a "normal" person again - as it's been a long time. I'm thinking about going back to weight watchers as well..but taking these pills and doing weight watchers..maybe it'll speed up the weight loss? I wish there was an easy solution, and that the weight would just melt off as quickly as it came on. I went from 120 to 202 in less then 3 years.

Hey!!! I feel your pain! I am 5'1" and I weigh in at about 153. I am miserable!!! I got up to 168. That's when I joined weight watchers and lost twenty pounds, getting down to 148. I was so happy that I got over that 150 mark. Well, then I quit ww and have gained a few pounds back. I cant seem to get it off no matter what I do. I've been taking the pills since last Friday. No dramatic changes. Up one day, down the next, back up the next! I even forgot to take the pill this morning. I am so discouraged and I hate looking in the mirror. I too wish the weight would melt off, but it wont. So, today I am going to make a stand and start ww again. Well, today is almost over and I already ate my points...so tomorrow I am going to start. I dont really have time to attend the meetings anymore, but I'm going to give it a go! I think you should to. I hope that you decide to go back on ww with me ! I will write to you and you stay in touch with me too.

    Talking weight loss

So I, like many of you, have started using removyl advance formula.
I am 19 and started at 174 lbs and am 5'8
I have struggled like the rest of ya'll with losing weight

I started using these pills one week ago from today and by thursday was down to 171.5. But friday I flew to Philadelphia for my sisters graduation and ate lots of junk, i mean bad food. All the time! When I came back monday night I weighted 173.5 and was dissappointed at myself. Tuesday (today) I took 2 pills went for a 30 min walk and ate well, even though I was not very hungry. This afternoon I weight myself and weighed 170.5
Very excited if I do say so myself

I think these pills do help but you have to work out too and drink water. Also,I think these pills do help your metabolism. The only side effects I see is I am hungry less and have to use the bathroom a lot. Maybe these pills are draining your system? I am not sure

But I will post weekly at the least. I do hope these work and it seems that they do.
thanks for reading and I hope ya'll keep me posted with your stories.

Hello all, tomorrow will be one week on the Removyl Advanced I lose 3lbs and gain 2 the lose again. So I am not sure if they are working or not. I am not able to exercise much I have a physical disablility. Light housework and chasing a 19 month old is the extent of my exercise. I am 5'9 and 267. So far the pills have curbed my cravings and appetite but I have noticed that when I do eat I want to eat all the time. If I don't eat at all I am not hungry but as I have always heard you have to eat to lose. I have tried everything on the market and I have been heavy my whole life. The only time I have been a normal size was while going through a divorce. But now I am happily married and ginormous. So I will stick with it and continue because the essential ingredient in these is to green tea which speeds up the metabolism and god knows I need that I think mine is in neutral and has been for years. I need all the support I can get. So I will keep you all updated as I will read your updates.

    Default Removyl

Hello! I have been taking the pills for about five days and I have lost
2 lbs. Also I do get on the treadmill and I am watching what I eat.
I am going to stick it out a month. I take two pills a day. It seems
to deaden my appetite on any empty stomach. Also it does help to drink
lots of water. I curious to see how everyone else does. Keep writing
    in.

    Default Day 7

I am one week in and have went from 267 to 263 so 4lbs. Which if this is consitent will be 16lbs after a month so I will be able to tell more after another week b/c 4lbs is a normal fluctuation. I feel great while taking them though, I am not as tired, hungry and it has curbed my sweet craving. Anyone else noticing anything similiar? I have noticed I am frequently in the bathroom after I eat. But I have had my gall bladder removed so I just attribute it to that as I have been eating more fruit.
