i need some advice here..I want to lose 8kg within a month, is it possible? But i have no idea what kind of meal should i eat so that i wont feel hunger everytime. Most of the time, i eat bread and drink milk for breakfast, rice for lunch, snacks for my dinner.And i'm currently working in a bakery shop. I dont have time to exercise coz i work 13 hours a day.
I want to lose weight in a healthy way. Plz help me... Thanks before... |

I have been told by doctors to eat five small meals a day to keep your metabalism going. You are eating alot of starches which convert to sugar, so I imagine it is real hard to lose that way and by not eating you are putting your body into a starvation mode and it is saving the fat instead of getting rid of it

If you are going to have any bread, switch to whole grain or whole wheat, and limit that. Eat fresh fruits and veggies throughout the day, you should have a small snack before you even start to feel hungry. By eating consistantly throughout the day, your metabolism with speed up. Just make sure what you are eating is low in fats, sugars, and carbs but high in protein.
Some things to try: Egg white omlettes are great for breakfast with low-fat cheese and fresh mushrooms or other veggies and a side of a grapefruit or low-fat cottage cheese. Have a snack of carrot sticks or an apple in between breakfast and lunch and make sure to drink plenty of water!! Grilled chicken, steak, or fish with broccoli, green beans, or a light salad will fill you up for lunch. Make sure you keep small snacks with you all day, keep in mind you should have something small to eat before you even feel hungry. Then have something light for dinner. Try to avoid snacking before bedtime... your body will not process food in your stomach properly while you are sleeping and you are unable to burn the calories you would while awake. It's shocking how much more you can eat and still lose weight! Good luck!! |

EXERCISE Do interval training instead of long "same speed" cardio routines Add lean muscle mass by doing total body strength training sessions 2-3 times per week. Do not just use the strength training machines at the gym. REASON: To burn calories and increase your metabolism.Good luck and remember that persistence pays off REWARD FOR DOING A GOOD JOB EACH WEEK: YOU CAN HAVE ONE(1) CHEAT MEAL A WEEK....EAT WHATEVER YOU LIKE. THEN BACK TO YOUR ROUTINE.....REMEMBER THERE IS NO SHORT CUT OF LOSING WEIGHT......EXERCISE 2-3 TIMES A WEEK IS A MUST...NO EXCEPTION. AGAIN GOOD LUCK!!
