Exclamation Do I have a problem?

In December I went veggetarian.
I got down to 115 lbs. I'm 5'8 at 15 years old.
Yesterday, I ate meat for the first time in 5 months. I had to stop because it's too hard for my mom to make 2 meals (my parents eat meat). Now.. I have the urge to not eat at all because I'm afraid I'm gaining weight back and I know I am. I'm now about 120 something. I've been binging alot lately; eating whatever whenever. Now with meat in the picture again...I'm afraid it will get out of hand.
As of now, I don't purge and I don't take laxitives. I don't starve persay but I'll eat once a day...

Advice?

Gracias y de nada

I don't see that you have a problem... You have a mission that is yours, a goal and you are trying to work towards it, however, (1) there are obsticles in your way, which is normal and (2) perhaps, to you, because you had meat, you felt you cheated and therefore, said what the and went for what ever, which was not the case.

I am pleased you haven't resorted to laxatives and all that Hollywood hype.

But one meal a day is said to not assist you dramatically losing weight as your body is storing the fat for later, as it is hungry, so it hangs around.

What you need to do is (1) definately eat breakfast for energy to start with, cereal, wholegrain toast, low fat milk...

Lunch can be difficult i am sure, as you are in school? So, try cutting up fresh vegies, seeing as you love them and some nuts, even fruit so you can eat pieces for lunch and snack when hungry.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with meat, just keep it small... It's good for you if you are not vegeterian which it appears you are not, rather doing it to lose weight, then don't cut it out.

The main key here i think is to eat breakfast, have small portions of non fat, low fat items through the day and stock your plate with vegetables and a little meat, instead of the other way around for dinner, not eat one meal a day...

You won't last long, that's why your pigging out on what you want as well, your body is craving for food....

Hope that helps..
