Hi everyone,
Several days ago I found a really active thread about the soy & why diet. It appeared that some of you had great success with this program. I'm thinking about doing it myself, and logged on for advice. But the thread seems to have died out. ![]() Is anyone still doing the diet, what is your success and frustrations? ![]() I'm starting it this morning. I bought all the stuff and am getting geared up to try. Hey I have to do something, I saw what I looked like in my swimsuit in Hawaii last week!I would appreciate hearing from anyone and just talking with someone that knows how it works. ![]() Thanks for you time. |

whey is an incredibly high quality protien,better than meat.....however don't overdo it as it is also very acidic (as opposed to alkaline)

I too would be interested in the info. I'm sure the details of the plan are in the original thread somewhere but i don't have the time to read 90+ pages
If someone could post the diet details, i have scoured the web for them with no success. The first post only mentions 3 meals but then people talk about snacks as well so i'm a little confused. |
