Really the only way to lose weight and keep it off is to make a lifestyle change. That means changing the way you eat and what you eat forever. Diets may work short term but then you go right back to the way you were living before and that what caused you to gain all the weight in the first place. Losing weight isn't quick or easy, you just have to accept that and put in the hard work to change your lifestyle.

If you are talking all over life style change try reading the book ' The Gabriel Method'. Got a copy today, you can get it on line. Talks about why your body wants to keep fat and how to turn this fat storing off with adding certain foods (easy absorbing high nutrient), reducing stress, sleeping more, visualisation etc etc etc.

Worth a look?????

Hi hina,

I was able to loose the weight I wanted for about 2 months..It was not much really - about 10kgs, but I ate almost low-fat meat - with a very low amount of carbohydrates...from time to time, added vegetables as well, but no fruits, no juices, no bread, no sault, no sweets...also did sports 5 days a week..it really means changing lifestyle. I am not quite sure, if I would be able to keep this weight actually... That's why I was wondering about different diet pills... I read some review of Proactol..Has anyone tried it?
