Default Three c-sections and a flabby belly later...

i need help figuring out how to fix my belly. ive tried eating healthy. now im thinking the only thing that will help me is "mommy surgery". ive had three c-sections. my tummy is full of stretchmarks and it looks like it belongs on an elephant because its seems like nothing more than a bunch of hanging droopy skin. what do i do to get rid of it?

Unhappy Three c-sections also

I have had three c-sections too. My oldest is 24 yo. old. Had his c-section because he was 10lb. 4oz., had my daughter 22 yo. old because she was almost an eleven month baby, and my youngest son 20 yo. old they told me to pick a day. I have the incision from the c-section from the belly button down. There are still stretch marks and nothing has helped. I have lost alot of weight and gained alot of weight through the years. I have done ab crunches, you name it! Nothing helps. To top everything off. Last August I had to have a hysterectomy due to ten pounds of fibroid tumors and they went into the same incision area. There is no end to it. I have also thought the only way to get rid of it is through a tummy tuck. I would hope that would be the last choice. If anyone has any ideas. Let me know !

Default 4th c-section and a flabby belly

Well, I just had my 4th c-section, November 14,2008, and I have the same problem. I am actually speaking with a local hospital tomorrow about a tummy tuck. My OB said that I have stretched my abdominal walls out soo far from carrying such large babies(9,8,7, 8lbs.) that surgery is the only way to get my stomach back to normal. So my husband and I decided that we would inquire about the cost and if we can afford it, bite the bullet and pay. I have been soo unhappy with my body since my 2nd baby, that is when my stomach really started to hang. And with each baby after that it has gotten worse. So I would recommend you talking to a Dr. and let him/her tell you what would be the best course of action for you. Whatever you choose, good luck!
