Hello, i don't know what lap band surgery is but i want to say this, i assume it surgery of sorts to reduce your bust size.

38dd good for you, if that did not kill you back, cause you pain, then don't have surgery, make yourself a plan because YES, diets DO WORK and your breast are the first to put on weight.

When ever i carry an extra 5k, which i loose, i idolise the little buggers, they look good lol.

So, don't go to extremes until you have worked through other natural methods...

It's not hard you can do it.

lap band surgery is a weight lost surgeyr in which there is a band placed around the stomach in order to help you lose weight. although they are very different it's something like gastric bypass. at 318lbs this is my last hope. i just wanted to know if anyone knew about weight gain and lose in breast.

I am sure people will reply to this.

I still hold still in if you were thinner before, you can do it. Without the surgery, 1) it costs money, 2) there can be scares, 3) it doesn't solve the problem unless your mind set is on continuing to lose weight and of course, it's an "instant" fix but it doesn't solve the problem.

Just my opinion.....

It's hard to have 4 children and off course you put on weight, but a tad of exerise and belief you can achieve the same without, that's the point i was getting across.

Good luck, and as i said, people will answer.
