    Default Just starting apidexin today..

Thankfully I found this forum before buying Apidexin. I appreciated your all's feedback on how Apidexin worked. It sounds like it might work so I'm excited! I am also a college student who would not regularly take diet pills, but after working out 5 days a week and bettering my diet and still not seeing a lot of results with a competition coming up SOON, I felt like I needed a boost. Now I'd like to share my experience with it.

I started taking Apidexin today. I took my first capsule around 9:40 this morning. I drank maybe 7 oz. of water after taking it and waited about 20 minutes before eating a granola bar. I immediately got very jittery in my arms and hands to where I could almost not write. This lasted for about an hour. I have calmed down now but do not feel 100% the same. I read that some others of you had similar experiences. Were they this extreme? Did you all figure out a way to stop it? Should I have had higher calorie intake than 200 cal? Is it because I did not drink the whole 12 oz right after I took it? Just trying to figure it out.

Also, does anyone know the fat and caloric intake one should have while taking Apidexin?

    Default Started last week

I started the Detox last week then got the stomach bug over the weekend and didn't take anything. Today was my second day of the Apidexin. I am only taking one per day. I don't think I would be able to sleep if I took two. I had a great workout today and had more energy then ever. I was down 2 pounds today. I don't wait the full 30 minutes before I eat in the morning. I feel it helps with the jitters. Today wasn't as bad as yesterday and drinking water helps. I do enjoy the fact that I have more energy. I'm really hoping this helps me get rid of the last 15 pounds of baby weight I gained from my last child. I hit the gym 5 days per week and I am dedicated to getting back into my old clothes. Good luck everyone!!!

I'm on Day 6. I was a lot happier around Day 3 and 4 when I saw that I had lost 3 pounds, but I woke up this morning, weighed myself (before taking Apidexin) and found myself weighing the same as I did before starting this program. Annoying. I have been routinely taking 1 pill per day, eating a low-calorie/nutrient dense diet, and exercising almost everday (mostly jogging, cardio kickboxing, and Jillian Michaels "No More Trouble Zones"), so I don't really understand what my body is doing

I decided to take measurements of myself again (I wasn't going to do this until the very end) to see if I had changed at all. I have lost 2cm in both my waist and hips, and 1cm of my upper thigh. I also weighed myself a few hours after taking the pill and eating a bagel and I was down a pound. This sort of made me better, but it got me thinking. Do results from Apidexin last? Has anyone stopped taking Apidexin (but continued exercisin/eating healthy) and noticed weight gain?

    Cool Day 2

Well today was my second day. Yesterday, I felt sick. Like I said, very jittery, got nauseous (but not to the point where I ever thought I'd throw up), had gas, and just felt like I needed to lay down and didn't feel like doing anything constantly. To anyone who is thinking about starting this, I would suggest starting when you don't have a full day of work or school in case you get sick. I also could not fall asleep until 6 a.m.!

I took two more pills today. I ate about 15 min before my first pill this time and didn't get jittery! I noticed an improve in my mood and also my energy, tho my body is tired from where I only got three hours of sleep last night. Other than a little numbness in my hands, I am good! I wish I had some scales to monitor things. Perhaps I can put my measurements up Monday or something. Anyway, I am 5'8", around 140 lbs. and wanting to get down to 120. So far, I have not went to the gym and haven't exactly ate right because I am snowed in and can't go anywhere.. but I'm praying I've at least lost a little bit.

Bottlerocket, sounds like you are doing everything right. Maybe it was just a bad day to weigh. Maybe you retained more water today?

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and a Happy Valentine's Day!

    Default Odd reaction??

So I tried Apidexin for the first time today...

I took the first pill with about 12 ounces of water a half our before breakfast. About 45 minutes after I took it, I had to leave for work. I live in Chicago, so I was walking to the bus stop and literally about passed out.

I started feeling really strange and had a difficult time not freaking out!! I am used to caffeine and other sorts of diet pills, and I have NEVER had a reaction like that. I felt like I was having an out of body experience and got really paranoid on the bus. I was extremely dizzy and lightheaded too, and I started getting really hot and broke into a sweat. It took me a solid hour after getting to work to start to feel normal.

I am not sure that it is worth taking again if I have to go anywhere within an hour or two. I feel better now for the most part, but I still have a headache.

Has anyone had this extreme of a reaction to this??

Hello! I just joined this forum today although Ive been checking it out for a few weeks. I ordered apidexin and have been taking it for a little over 2 weeks. So far I really like it. Before I started taking it I was working really hard at losing weight but not getting much results. I lowered my calorie intake and went to the gym 3 times a week. I was losing anywhere from .5 to 1.5 lbs a week ...but this wasnt fast enough for me. So I decided to try Apidexin to give myself a little push. I'm still working out at the gym 3 days a week as well as engaging in at least 30 minutes of exercise on days I dont go to the gym. I also have continued with my lowered calorie intake as well. So far I have lost 9 lbs since I started apidexin 16 days ago.

My experience with side effects has been minimal. I dont feel jittery but I do feel a boost of energy soon after I take my pills. So far I'm really enjoying my experience with apidexin and would recommend it to people who are willing to change into a healthy lifestyle but feel that they need a little help getting results. I'll try to track my progress weekly to help others out...I know this forum really helped me in making my decision to purchase apidexin.
