No. I don't think that it is a laxative at all. It hasn't done anything like that to me and I've taken all of them except the 6 for tomorrow....I think it's just like a speeder so that your metabolism kicks into overdrive.

The 3 hour diet is based on a book by that name The author's name is Jorge Cruise. The basic premise is that you eat every three hours. Nothing is off limits but you are to include fats, carbs, protein, and fruits and veggies in the following proportions:

breakfast: half your plate should be fruit the size of 3 dvd cases..then protein the size of a deck of cards...ie one egg.....and a carb the size of a rubix cube. You may also add fat the equivelant of a soda pop bottle top...like butter on your bread or whatever...if you are eating high fat meat like low fat bacon or sausage omit the fat

lunch and dinner are the same as above except your fruit should then be veggies. If you are still hungry add another helping of veggies.

You eat every three hours starting when you eat breakfast which should be within an hour of waking so if it's 7am when you eat you'd eat a 100 cal snack at 10a. then lunch at 1 followed by another 100 cal snack at 4 with dinner at 7pm and a small treat anytime there after that should be around 50 cal....ie one hershey snack sized bar.

You will lose a consistant 2lbs per week and belly fat goes first...it's easy and it does work...this is a slow weight loss and it does stay off....if you follow it forever..when you've lost the weight you want you can add calories to your snacks in 100 cal incremements until you start gaining again then you know how may cals you need to maintain. He gives all the science behind the plan in the book...it's essentially to keep your body out of starvation mode.

Hey everyone,
I just registered so I could post on the site. I'm a college student who is suffering from the fast weight gain. A whopping 27 pounds in a couple of months. I went from a size 8 to a size 12 jeans, and went from 160 pounds to 187. Not okay for my 5'4'' frame. It's made me really unconfident here. I tried doing the old fashion diet and exercise, but it just wasn't happening. I finally gave up and became even more depressed. I'm the type of person that eats everything I can get my hands on when I'm down, so you can image how much chocolate I ate for a month. I that added another 5 pounds to my already heavy frame. One night, I fell for a scam diet pill and lost a lot of money. Then I came across Apidexin and did a whole lot of research. I decided that I was going to give it a go. I got the bottle last Tuesday and have been on it for three days. I went from weighing 187 to 184 in three days! I've been drinking a whole ton of water everyday and and have worked out for a 30 minutes doing the bicycle for the past 2 days. The pills have affected my mood by making me peppy and happy. I felt a little air-headed the first day, but then it went away. I'm a little nauseas after breakfast, but I'm okay for the rest of the day. I didn't get the detox pills, and I didn't get the pills with caffine, so that may be why I haven't experienced many side effects. I hope everyone is doing well!
Thank you for posting so much information about the pill on here as well!

Thumbs down sick to my stomach!

I started taking apidexin yesterday. I was really hopeful that it would help me lose some weight fast. I was okay yesterday, I had a slight headache and didn't fall asleep until about 2! And finally when I did fall asleep I kept waking up randomly throughout the night. So oddly enough when I woke up at seven I wasn't tired at all! So today I was all excited to get started on my day two of apidexin. I have had a horrible headache, and I was nauseous ALL day! So now its 1:00 am and I'm still wide awake, just like last night. Except tonight I have the joy of puking my guts out!! Thank you appidexin !! I guess I'm going to lower it to taking one a day, but if it continues like this I'm done. Losing weight isn't worth all this.

Default Good stuff

I'm happy to report that I've lost almost 5 pounds within 3 days of taking this! I'm seriously surprised. It may seem bad and unnatural to loose that much, but I have a lot of weight to loose. I was 187 when I first started and now I'm down to 182.5! I'm really excited. My weight changes through out the day, so I'm not quite sure of the real number. I have been a little light-headed while taking it, and I seem to have such an adreniline rush at night. I haven't been able to sleep at all, but I honestly think I'm no different than any of my friends. NO ONE is able to sleep for some reason. There are a lot of factors that play into the loss of weight and not being able to sleep as well. I don't mean to be gross, but I had my period when I first started taking it, so I may have just lost water weight. But that's fine with me! My friends have told me that I've lost weight too. I was excited when they told me, even though I want to loose even more. We'll see how this will go. I'm excited for this.

Post So far so good

I joined this site just so I could comment on this! I have felt the same way as busybee has, but maybe not AS bad. I have decided that I am not going to weigh my self everyday though-which is super hard! I have found that if I do that I become kind of obsessed about it. So Im planning on weighing my self once a week. Although I have been measuring my body and in the 3 days I have been using it I have lost an inch off my waist! It may not seem like alot to any of you, but for me that is AMAZING!! Congrats on your loss Coolbeanie! I hope that it works for me too And thanks to everyone who has posted, it made me decide to try it!
