hi everyone
im nadia, 23 yrs old, 5'0 and 131lbs. i''ve been trying to lose inches/weight for 2 years now and i have only ended up gaining. 4 years ago i was 107lbs and i have been pretty petite my whole life. trying to lose this weight has been EXTREMELY difficult over the years and its really only 12 lbs that i want to lose
working out and dieting are not working (i have back problems so its a struggle for me to exercise for long periods of time). i got these pills a couple weeks ago but i sprained my ankle so i didnt want to diet start while i could barely walk. i started today, still couldn't really walk too much, but im trying to not to sit on my butt for too long.
i didnt read through ALL posts, but did anyone reach their target weight? how long did it take?
i took my measurements today and will keep in touch by the end of the week.

Hi guys,
I came across apidexin while checking a review on QuickTrim in youtube. For the past 2 days, this is all i have been thinking of. So far, having read like 100s of reviews, I still am sckeptical about Apidexin, but I must admit, this is the only pill I have read several positive results on.
Let me introduce myself, I am 26, 5'2, and am stuck at 9 Stones. I tried Atkins earlier this year and lost like 15 pounds in less than 2 months, but the diet was making me tired all day and I missed carbs terribly. Sadly, as soon as I was back to carbs, i gained back that weight in no time, i realised even though for a short while, the effort was worthless. I then decided no more diets and just work out and more workout. I invested on a Wii fit, but it was until I discovered Interval training where u burn thrice more calories than wii fit in half the time, but definitely more of a hard work. I was working on Hannah Watermann body blitz and was impressed with the way my body looked more toned, and never got back to Wii again. However, the fact it i missed workout for 3 weeks, was working like crazy and did not have time to workout, and realised again I looked heavy despite watching what I eat! So am back to working out like 1 hr of interval training every alternate days but must admit i dunt stick to this routine sharp. I dont'e see results anymore, its frustrating and I dont enjoy purchasing clothes anymore as things just dont fit. I dont care how heavy I am, toning is what I am looking for and definitely not something that will give me back all the inches I lost as soon as I get off pills.
Sadly all the reviews are about recent users, the question is, once u have reached ur target, does the weight get back when u discontinue the pills, as I dont intend to stick to them for the rest of my life.?? If someone has tried this, and stopped and knows what happens after you discontinue, I would be grateful to hear from you! Thanks a lot

First Day
Hello everyone,
Today I started using Apidexin and I kind of regret even trying it. I normally have a good instinct about these things and just putting the apidexin pills (and the detox) in my mouth made me think twice but I did it anyways. I took both morning and afternoon doses and I also worked out (45 min cardio) in between. I wasn't hungry in the morning or otherwise but I ate a 150 cal breakfast and a bowl of fiber-rich cereal for 'lunchtime'. Right now I feel really jittery with a bad pain in my neck and I feel really weak as though I didn't eat enough but I'm not hungry either. I never really had a problem with overeating but I think this pill will make me sick if I 'overeat'.
I think I'm going to stop taking these pills now.. I know it's only been one day but I am not even overweight and I just want to lose 10-12 pounds of fat. I am 5'5" and 127 but my body fat is still ~24%. Plus I previously lost 15+ pounds with just diet and exercise previously but it just took me really long and I want to look good now! (doesn't everyone) I think my instinct to not take these and just eat healthy (I don't really eat junk anyways) and exercise is the best way to go. I would advise anyone else to not take pills either ...

hey gals, just a quick update, i went ahead and bought Apidexin, today is day 1. Took 3 detoux tablets along with an Api tablet in the morning, on empty stomach and waited for 30 mins to have my breakfast, I must admit, I felt NOTHING! No jitters like most of the others had, no headache, no floating like feeling,, just nothing! whats more disappointing is that I did not even have the extra energy boost the rest of you mentioned
I was hoping to get tht energy boost as thts something i really need, i always feel tired most of the time, maybe its too early to say but i just dunt feel anything, did anyone else have a similar experience? or is it because of taking the detoux too??

Hi,
my name is Sarah. I am 22 years young. I am 5'3 160lbs. I haven't ordered apidexin yet, i have been doing my research for quite a few hours now and i stumbled across this forum. I wondered if this really works i just want to get down to 120 to 130. so 30-40 lbs. I exercise every other day, take vitamans, eat fairly good. and still no weight loss so this is my last resort. Please someone give me some advise on this pill thank you!

Hi everyone,
I swore to myself that if I tried Apidexin and something bad happened, I would post it for all women to see.
Last week, I tried Apidexin for the first time. The first day (a Saturday) I took only 1 Apidexin and the 3 detox pills at 8:30am. Everything was fine for the rest of the day.
The second day (a Sunday) I took the same dose as I did the day before, but I also took it again at 11:30..as the directions stated I should. Again, everything was fine.
The third day (a Monday..going to work). I took the first dose in the morning as usual. Everything was fine. Then came time for the second dose, around 11:30. Now the directions state that you should eat approx 30-60 minutes after you take the pills. I usually eat my lunch later in the day (around 1:30-2) so I didnt end up eating until 12:30 to compromise. However, I stated getting a big headache. I sat back down in my chair at work, thinking if I just close my eyes, it will stop pounding. Nope. It started getting worse. I had to get out of my chair and lay on the floor. My boss was in the office next to me so he came over asking if he could help. He got me water and a wet towel for my head, but it didn't help. Then I started shaking. My hands, my lips and my stomach started going numb. I was soooo cold and my started getting very scared. My boss helped me up so we could walk to his car for him to take me to the hospital. As we were walking, I started feeling my numb parts again so I insisted to keep walking outside. After a while, I started feeling better, but then went down hill when I ended up with the biggest headache. Now I should mention I get migranes often and this ache was much worse, where you cannot focus. My boss took me to the emergency still just to get me checked out. All was fine by the time I got there.
From a different point of view, let's say all of this didn't happen to me, the way these pills works probably would not have helped me. It is suppose to have an affect of feeling full. However, the easiest way I can describe it is imagine there is a big bubble in your stomach. The reason it claims you are full is because the bubble takes up so much room, but remember that this bubble is empty and that is what I felt. It didn't feel good to eat because of this "full feeling" but it felt like I was starving.
I just want to say that I stopped taking them after this incident and will be returning them (I have heard success stories about people returning them for their money back...we will see). I cannot tell people not to try it since I tried it. I can only tell people of my experience. To those who try it, please be careful. Don't starve yourself while taking the pills as this will only hurt more. And make sure, just in case, there is someone you can count on to be there for you. The last thing anyone needs is to be alone during a worst-case-scenario.
