Just ordered and hoping for results.
Hi ladies my name is D. I am a 27 year old woman who has been struggling with weight gain the last six years it has gotten out of control in the last three. I am 5'7" and curvy so I am comfortable at 170 to 180 pounds. I am currently at 210. I am committing to dropping thirty to forty pounds and keeping it off. I also love this forum to help keep me accountable. I commit to posting as soon as I receive my pills and keeping you updated on my weight loss journey. I was a little disappointed as I was reading because I noticed some people gave there initial situations but there was no follow-up. I would love to share my experience with You.

Improving
So my first couple days on it were pretty rough, headache, light headed, nausea, vomiting, sleeplessness etc. So I lowered the dosage down to one pill a day before lunch. And that seems to be working well for me I no longer feel sick. I'm not sure if I am losing weight, because like Brooke18 I'm not weighing myself daily. But I have noticed that I have lost at least an inch off of my waist. I'll post next Thursday when I weigh myself.
BTW- I am 5'4" and weigh 148 pounds, or at least I did when I started!

Frustrated!
Hey there, I am 37 yrs old 5'6" and weigh 177 lbs....like coolbeanie I have also gained a lot of weight in a short amount of time (20 lbs in 5 months) for absolutely no good reason!I have had my thyroid checked and it is "within normal limits"..... I am an active mom of 2, at the gym at least 3 days a week, also busy with projects at home (horses). I follow a weight watchers diet, drink lots of water and have been for a year now with absolutely no results! I have lost and gained 12 lbs on weight watchers. I keep trying to change up my diet to get results and when I do it just comes back the next week. I am soooo frustrated and bummed out! Maybe Apidexin can give me the help I need to get this weight off. I am tired of feeling uncomfortable! My most comfortable weight is 140 so that is my goal! I ordered Apidexin Friday so hopefully it will be here soon! Glad that there is someone else going through the same thing as me, and I am not CRAZY!

pretty good
I'm glad I'm not the only one with the weight gain problem too! Well, mine is just plain laziness and eating everything I want. I'm a curvy girl, so I'm just hoping to get down to 160. If I get to 150, that would be AMAZING! I've been to the gym all last week, and I've been eating very healthy. The past week I lost some pounds, but I think a lot of that was water weight. My friends still say I look slimmer than I did, but I'm still not very comfortable with my size yet. I've noticed my jeans are easier to get on and there is less flubb hanging over the top though! The only problem is that my weight fluctuates so much throughout the day. I weigh myself one time, and then the next time its completely different. I think it may be my scale. I also know that weight fluctuates almost 5 pounds everyday too. Oh well. I'm not quite sure how much I've lost yet. When I go to the gym today, I'm going to use that scale. I wish everyone the best with this journey to loose weight! Why to boys have it so much easier? Oiy!

i just got my bottle of apidexin.
i been reading on it and it sounds like it should work.
i'm not necessarily trying to lose big amount of weight
or be a smaller size
im 5'2 and weight 115 im ok with my size however all my body
fat is at my belly. i been trying to loose it by excersising and eating healthy,
its working but at a slow rate. i work out for 2-3 hours at the gym daily and eat really healthy, i can feel my abs harding however the fat ontop of my muscles is extremely difficult to burn. so thats why i am trying apidexin.
i just took my first pill and i already feel dizzy, but its not that bad. Actually its not bad at all.

One week and I am LOVING this....I've lost around 6-8 lbs give or take. I made the stupid mistake of not weighing myself when I started. I do know that I lost four lbs from Friday to Monday...like others are noting...prolly water weight...but I don't care. The pills do make me a little nauseated but I just wait for the nausea to set in and then I eat something. I'm eating about a quarter of what I used to throughout the day...and then eating a normal dinner. I tried to do the 3 hour diet but it was way too much food...I'm just plain and simply not hungy. I find myself looking at the clock at 6pm and realizing I have not started dinner. It's awesome!! I will keep ya's posted so please do the same. I'm headed to Florida next month and am hoping not to look like a beached whale
Only 20 lbs to go YAY me!!!!!

well yesterday i took 1 pill around 3ish.
about the sleeping problems people have been talking about....
well lets just say i didn't sleep today yet.
I usually sleep around 5am but today i had to wake up at 7
so I decided to stay up. Can't say its entirely because of the pills.
Another thing i noticed, i was really dizzy throughout the day
and had to go pee alot although i had hardly drank any water yesterday.
I started feeling like i wanted to pass out or throw up, then i realized those are
symptoms of dehydration, so i started drinking alot of water and for the rest of the day i felt no effects.
Therefore if your going to take Apidexin I suggest you consume alot more water to avoid the negative side effects. Well, im going to take a pill right now before breakfast, lets see how it goes.
