    I've been on this pill for a good 2.5 weeks now. I was originally 188 pounds in the beginning, then I dropped to 180-181 within 1 week. I started going to the gym the first day of taking it and have been going once a day for 30 minutes. Now, when I step on the scale I'm 182-183 pounds. I can't seem to get to 179!! I don't know why. Maybe it's because I've been building muscle. I drink lots of water everyday and have been eating very light foods with less carbs. It's a little annoying, but I have noticed that I'm not hanging out of my jeans anymore. So that's good I guess. For everyone that's not loosing weight, try to get up and walk around. Or do crunches at home after work. Little things can help. Also, loosing inches is AWESOME! Don't get discouraged. I know how you feel, but I'm really glad that fat is not hanging off the top of my jeans! I hope that helps. I'll keep you posted and let you know if I've been able to loose anymore pounds. I hope so!

    My first week on Apidexin I didn't lose any weight, and I got super discouraged but I decided to stick, with it seeing how I already spent the money. Today I weighed myself and I am down 5 pounds. My first week I noticed my stomach looked flatter to but my weight didn't reflect that. So I would recommend taking your measurements, that really kept me inspired to keep going. I also have been watching my diet and exercising regularly, but I had been doing that for the past 6 months and wasn't getting anywhere on my own. In the two weeks I have been on it I have lost 2.5 inches off my waist and 4 inches off of my hips. My mom actually asked me the other day when I was home what I was doing, which made me happy that people were noticing! And now she to is going to be starting when her order arrives.

    it is day 4 for me
    im on day 4 yesturday i was at 146 when i got up 2day i was at 147.4 i havent worked out yet so i will see how this goes tomorrow ...God bless

    what have you been eating? how long do you exercise if you dont mind me asking thanks

    Your right. I am going to stick to it.. I did see a difference with my stomach and your right. My weight didnt reflect it though. Im going to take my measurment and weigth tomorrow and then i will check it again in another week. I think im losing inches rather than weight.. Well, we will see how it does from here. And im going to try to drink a little more water. Ok keep in touch

    I have been eating Salads, grilled chircken, veggies, and fruit. No beef, no fried food,.. Oh except for one day.. I cheated.lol.. I ate pizza and wings.. (bad,bad,bad,). But i never exercise and i started working out to. 3-4 times a week. But i only been working out for about 2week. And this is my 6th day on the pill.

    Hi Everyone,

    I'm new to the forum. I have been reading all of your postings and was considering ordering Apidexin pending my Dr's approval (I have thyroid issues)

    Here is my question. Is the weight/inches you all are losing actual stored fat or is it water loss? I am 44 and 5' 4 and 167 lbs. I am not concerned about my actual weight, I am concerned about my size. I work out and have muscle mass which weighs more than fact so that isn't the issue. I was use to being a size 6 and then all of the sudden with in a short amount of time went up to a 16. I was later diagnosed with hypothyroid and put on medication, which helped me get down to a size 8/10. I eat a low fat, low carb diet but I am now stuck and can't seem to get past the size that I am stuck at. I refuse to buy new clothes when I have an entire closet full of nice clothes that are a size 6! I just want a couple more facts before I invest money in something that might not be the answer to my particular problem. Is there anyone out there who has the same or similar circumstances as me who can give a little insight? Any info is much appreciated!

    hey everyone,
    I'm new at this if you couldnt tell. I'm 20 5'4 and 250. Not good at all. I gain 60 pounds in one year and my bf stood by my side and still is. I finally got the balls to try to do something. I have been exerise and getting right for almost 3 weeks.( on monday) I have been taking Acai burn and Flush the fat. I dont feel any smaller but cant weight my self til monday bc i had surgery on my foot and the cast comes off then. YAY!!!! I have been thinking about apidexin for sometime but kinda scared. I read all 17 pages last night and i see the pros and the cons and im thinking about ordering it next week. I want to get to 130-140 i dont want to be tiny but not huge like i am now. Good luck to everyone and take care. I will keep you guys posted.

    Hi Hinson! My diet usually consists of chicken, veggies, salad, fruit, yogurt, eggs, and stuff like that, I try not to cheat but of course everyone has there moments! Mac & cheese is my weakness, but I only have the whole grain kind when I do. I work out about 3 times a week for an hour to and hour and a half. I do cardio and a little weight training. I also do pilates on the days that I don't go to the gym.
