But I finally decided to do something about it and I took the DetoxuFree for the first three days along with the Apidexin. I haven't noticed much side effects except my boyfriend just told me last night that I have been having more energy to stay up late. I usually go to sleep at 11 p.m. because I have been working all day since 6:30 a.m. and I am usually dead tired by 11. But on Monday night I stayed up until 3 a.m. and wasn't even that tired in the morning...it was really weird. Then Tuesday night I stayed up until 1 a.m. and even woke up before my alarm clock. Last night I went to sleep at 12:00 and woke up before my alarm clock again. I have been going to the bathroom a lot more and I always feel better after I do, and I haven't been constipated much. I'll post how much pounds I have lost this week on Monday. The last time I weighed myself, I weighed 185 lbs and that was on Tuesday. I would like to hear more about you, Huntersmom91107 and your progress. You said you weighed 230 when you started.... when was that? and how long did it take you to get down to 224 lbs? Please update me!
Don't those crazy side effects worry you?

Default Hello Everyone!

I started taking Apidexin and the detox today...I do not plan to take it continously, but to use it as a "jumpstart" for my new diet. I took the 2 detox and 1 apidexin today around 9:30 and ate breakfast around 10:30...late morning, but but it's ok! I haven't felt any side effects as mentioned previously except that I have more energy right now.

A few facts about myself...

I am 21, approximately 200lbs (5'5") and I will not be measuring my weight, but am taking measurements...

Bust: 42" Waist: 34.5" Hips: 45.5" Thighs: 28.5"

I hope to keep ya'll updated on what's going on as far as the pills + diet and stuff...kinda also looking for a support system. I did research online and formulated my maintenance caloric intake and figured to lose weight, I should take in approximately 2100 calories/day...that is 600 calories less than my maintenance (they suggest about 500 less/day is a healthy range...so that leaves me about 100 cals to play around with).

I hope this helps and stuff...looking forward to talking...thanks everyone!

Hi,
I just started apidexin a little over a week ago. I hope this blog keeps on going, I'd love to keep in touch with others using it. Anyway, the first day I used it I felt kinda dizzy, almost blacking out when I stood up. however, the second day that went away. Occassionally, I get a slight, annoying, foggy headache (if that makes sense). It's nothing I can't deal with. So far I've lost 4 pounds, which is darn good for it being about 1.5 weeks.
To give some backround on me...I'm 24, 5'7'', 211 pounds. I want to lose about 65 pounds, putting me at 150. Long term goal date would be end of August, before I start my first year teaching.
I only bought 2 monthes of the pills since I was skeptical, not only about the pills but about my commitment. I've been doing good so far. I really like that it's only 2 pills a day verses 6 like other diet pills.
I'll keep in touch about my progress as long as I see people posting on here.

Smile my plan

my plan is to eat healther - so i have cut out chocolates, oily crisps (I had started the weight loss around 4 days back - and only this morning have taken the Apixdexin - the 72 hour detox ones) - and am trying to get on the treadmill at least (min) 60 mins over a 5 day period .... plus am walking more than usual ...

i know its a motivational thing, and hence i want to supplement diet with the pills,

.... I have to say that I am taking a lot of water with the pills - and i have been absolutely fine so far (saying that i have only taking 1 day's worth) .. .ill keep the updates going, as i think its important to let others know if this is truly working or not.

p.s i will treat my self once a week if I know i am doing well - and plus am paying my self $40 a week - to go to my eventual new wardrobe - so its these little insights that are keeping me going too... lets see if this all works.

Are you trying to do 60 mins total in 5 days on the treadmill? Or 60 min/day for 5 days? You should really aim for a minimum of 30/day of being active. They are actually saying now that people need 60/day of activity.

wow, 60 minutes a day. I think it's wonderful, however, the hours in my day are not long enough. Perhaps that's just an excuse. After having my daughter in day care since 6:30, I don't want to send her to a daycare at my gym til 6:30 at night.
I can't wait till spring I miss our walks.
I figure I have 3 monthes to get my compulsive eating under control before I work on extensive exercising. For now, I have my leg magic and my daughter's dance mats

Hey, i think i should have been clear in my explaination

... when i say 60 minutes over a 5 day period I am just refering to the treadmill ... i know that I should aim for 30 mins of activity per day over a 5 day period, and that is what I trying to do (i cant do 7 and honesty the 5 is currently a massive struggle).

I actually am walking (faster) alot more, and try to do at least 10/15 minutes per day of treadmill ... the walk/jog/walk/run/walk - to get the heart pumping.... (this is for starters)

i went to play tennis last wk (i really do enjoy tennis)

... and i have to say that having the nintendo wii really does help on days that you are stuck indoors .....

... oh and back to Apixdexin ... today is my 2nd day, and I have just taken the 2nd one 10 mins ago (I am having lunch in 20 mins time), and I have honestly not felt any side effects at all ... i am taking around 14 0z of water with the tablets .. and then having plenty more water during the day too ....

I will probably weigh myself on Tuesday, as to give it the full 7 days, and see what i weigh....

how about others ... any updates???

10-15 minutes per day isn't going to get you anywhere. Cardio doesn't really work until you hit 25-30 minutes, and it isn't going to work at all if you aren't sure your heart has hit the right range.
According to the US military, fitness will not improve without at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week. That's the bare minimum, and if you're choosing the cardio route you should not cut up that 30-minute block. Cardio depends on the length of time the heart rate is kept up, not just that it was up at all.
