10-15 minute walk should be your warm up. Then 30 at a brisk pace (to the point that you are breathing heavy and cannot carry on a conversation). If you have little kids, pop them in the stroller and get outside. Everyone has an extra 30 minutes to devote to their health.

Smile Apidexin

Hi, I'm new to the forum! I've also been thinking about trying Apidexin. I started a diet at the beginning of the New Year - very small portions, low-cal, low-fat, and low-carb. I've been working out on my elliptical machine at least 30 min. a day, usually 40 or more at a high setting. I'm very determined! My sister and I plan to join a nearby gym in Feb. I have a lot of weight to lose in just a few months. I'm 5'10", I used to weigh about 185 in April of last year. I wound up quitting my job (where I used to be on my feet running my butt off 12 hrs per night), and I'm up to 220 lbs - the most I've EVER weighed in my life! Lack of exercise and eating bad stuff I NEVER used to eat (pizza, fries, fried chicken...you get the idea) , really packed on the lbs! I'm getting married May 9th, and I want so badly to look beautiful on my wedding day! I already have my dress, and I would loooove to have to have it taken in!
I'm definitely interested to hear you ladies' progress, and pros and cons of Apidexin! Another question....where have you noticed the weight loss? I'm concerned with losing all the weight in my bust and nowhere else!

You're doing everything right with the eating right and exercise. You don't need the pills.

Hi all,

Esp hello to kashmir444 - and congratulations on ur wedding ...

... i thought I'd write to let u know what is happening ... its been about a wk now, and honestly I have to say that I have been exercising too ... though not as active as i should be ...

..regarding apexidexin ... I have to say that i took the detox on its own (didnt realise that i needed to take the apix with it) - anyways ... i have dropped around 4/5llbs in a week ... but the best thing about apix has to be that i am not as hungry and snacking in between main meals .. i have definetely noticed a reduction in hunger pangs

...one thing that is on and off is slight headaches! .. i couldnt sleep for the 1st few nights - it was like a buzzing going on in my head, and i could not even force myself to sleep .....

..... i have to say that yes it does help u lose weight, but each person must differ .... in terms of how much they lose ...

... one day i didnt take any, as i needed the break from the headaches ....

it was fine yesterday .. thought 2day got a slight headache again!

... honestly not sure if I will stay on these ....

wil update u when i can

Occassionally, I get a slight, annoying, foggy headache (if that makes sense). It's nothing I can't deal with. So far I've lost 4 pounds, which is darn good for it being about 1.5 weeks.
To give some backround on me...I'm 24, 5'7'', 211 pounds. I want to lose about 65 pounds, putting me at 150. Long term goal date would be end of August, before I start my first year teaching.
I only bought 2 monthes of the pills since I was skeptical, not only about the pills but about my commitment. I've been doing good so far. I really like that it's only 2 pills a day verses 6 like other diet pills.
I'll keep in touch about my progress as long as I see people posting on here.

Hi Nicolelleirb and all other users out there...I am a 29 year old female from Australia and I ordered my Apidexin on the 8th January ..... and I am still waiting for it to come!! Anyways I am reading all of your posts and I was just wondering how you are going with Apidexin...how long did you take them for or are you still taking them? Are the results as extreme as the testomonials make them out to be on the Apidexin website?

I look forward to hearing how you are going and hope you are all well.

Default my feedback

HI

.. Welcome susieadem .... well me personally (if u havent read above) i took the detox on its own (as didnt realise had to take apidexin too at the same time!) - my results in around a wk and half (sat will be 2 wks) from just taking apidexin (i didnt see an effect from the detox - maybe as i didnt take the apidexin at the time, so i am waiting to do the detox and apidexin after this dosage finishes) has been around 4-6llbs ..... so i guess on average around 2-3llbs per week .... mind u I am also eating better! and not feeling hungry as much .... my headaches have now subsided and I am hoping by the end of the 1st dosage I see around 9-12llbs - id be happy with that .....

... i have to admit i have noticed a difference in my clothes, however i do have alot to lose (around another 60 lbs) so i am sure it'll take some ....

cant complain ...

id love to hear others updates too svp

good luck all xx

Default Apidexin

I just recieved this product and it said to take a half an hour to an hour before breakfast and lunch. My question is, sometimes I dont eat breakfast. Is it bad to take it and then not eat within that time frame, and is it bad if I take it, dont eat and then take another one before lunch? Can anyone enlighten me on that?

Hello I am an 18 y/o college student at 230lbs and 5'6''. I started taking Apidexin today and I noticed I felt a little woozy about a few hours after I initially took the first pill. Is this normal? What should I expect? I've never taken any kind of diet/weight loss pills before. I have a gym membership and will continue to work out about 5 times a week for about an hour a day. What should I expect from the Detox pills. Throwing up and Diarrhea? I just do not want unpleasant surprises. Are there bad side effects?
Thank You!

Default New member needs much much help :P

hey, yet another new member! I'm a university student from England.

I registered with this website just so that I could participate in this thread!

Today's my first day taking Apidexin. After reading a thousand blogs and reviews I decided to take it easy on the first day and take only half the pill before lunch (since its supposed to be extremely strong!)(mixed it with water.. OMG its disgusting!). Dont know if its going to be effective this way, but didnt want my body reacting badly either!

Feel alright so far.
3 questions: Do you guys think what I did was right?
Do you think its right to have such a strong pill on a fairly empty stomach?
And what do you think is the optimal amount of exercise that should go with this pill?

Would really appreciate the advice!
