Tell me one , that has stayed with you all and convinced you that 430 posts later it is working for them...

That's all I ask you to do.

Try the alternative.... 1 day at a time, eat healthy, try a second day, stuff up the third and try again, walk 10 minutes a day, stuff up three times, try again, and eventually you will eat healthy and walk more and feel fantastic.

Thing I am joking? I know of three here who did that and lost 100lbs after finding their way..

well I havent been here from the very beginning and no I am not a spammer. maybe for me its a mental thing...the idea that a pill will help me achieve what trying to do without has not. whatever the reason even if it is that since I started taking these pills that I have changed my diet and exercised more I still hold onto the notion that it is helping me....why does anyone believe that something helps them out and not having something tangible wont change things for them?.
can everyone afford these pills? probably not in this economy....will I however continue to use them as long as the weight keeps coming off?. most likely because maybe somehow mentally I dont feel the weight will come off without them.

on a side note since i first posted on here i have gone down an additional 3 pounds to bring me now to 236.2

i cannot promise anyone I will remain a faithful member here I can only promise to do my best to try. sometimes life gets in the way of my online playtime

Yes, most definately your mind is the most powerful thing there is.

If you "programme it", it will work.

And, yes, sometimes you need something to "believe in" in order for you to be able to set yourself on your way towards your goals.

It was because of the pills, i started to loose weight.

It was because of the patches, i was able to give up smoking.

When really, it was because of the mindset, that you "believed" that they would work.

You really want to lose weight, but you really can't , don't want to stop eating frys and so you cheat and you don't lose it and then you blame it on the pillls. (Your not ready), your mindset will not help you.

    It's mindset.

If we could all purely use our "mindpower", we wouldn't need anything, I get that.

    You have to WANT TO
and you have to BELIEVE in yourself

    Or nothing will work anyway.

But, for all the negative effects they seem to have on people, let alone the costs, for those that say it's not working, it's mindset, you still want to eat all those comfort foods, but, I am saying by trying even further and changing the food patern and saying NO to the comfort foods the same results will happen.. You will lose weight.

Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
    It doesn't happen over night
if truth were to be told.

Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
    you must believe!

    Hey Gemini05,

I don't think you have to wait 30 days. yes, they want the unopened bottles with the pills in it. I was told it would take 7 to 10 day for my money to be refunded.

    Talking Apidexin....almost a month

Ok, for those of you still checking this that saw were corresponding with me when I first signed up, my apologies that I have not logged in so long...I have been having some computer problems and that couple times that I responded my computer locked up, or my kids started arguing and then something would happen with the computer. So I got reformated and anyways.....so I am back. I have been taking Apidexin for almost a month now. It is DEFINATELY not a miracle pill, but I think that it helps. I took off like about 10 lbs (your weight can fluxuate about 2lbs daily depending on food, using the bathroom ect). I have not sat back and done nothing and watched the pounds melt off(I WISH!) I have worked my butt off between 4 to 6 days a week. I have 2 boys at home with me which limits my work outs sometimes ( i have accidently kicked my 18 mth old in the head a couple times exercising, which obviously cut it those sessions shorts). I have had very little side effects. BUt also, I have noticed that the longer I have taken it, the less that I feel the "false fullness" and appitite suppressent. Its getting to the point where I am using more will power which is hard for me to do. I haven't lost anything in a week, but I have gained any either, so I think its good. I feel I have probably "platoed" (don't think I spelled that right), so I am fixng to kick it up a notch.

Although I was wishfully hoping to just take off a lot super quick, in reality, I know that 10 lbs in a month is a HEALTHY amount to lose, and so I am not scared that I will just turn around and put it all back on. I haven't "dieted" at all, because I don't believe in diets because eventually I eat the food with flavor and gain the weight back. So I am more going for "moderation" and making healthier choices, but I still have 1 soda or a piece of candy, just not half a case or half a bag! I think that I am going to order another bottle and see how it goes. I signed up last week for my local "Biggest Loser" competiton which really has me motivated too. I promise to stay up-to-date more and hope that everyone else does too.

And for those who had bad results, I know how bad that stinks....been there! Just keep trying to find your niche. We all have different bodies that work differently, and not everythin works the same for everyone....if that were the case, I wouldn't be on here, cuz I would be like my older brother who eats whatever he wants, whenever he wants and NEVER gains weight!! (why him instead of me?!?!). Best of luck~

just a word of warning to people buying off the apedexin home page. You will be Tonked for £17-50 by customs if you buy 3 bottles + 3 detox. this isnt made clear at all during order and payment.only until you get a confirmation email you are told of 'further charges' - which is bang out of order.

do i take apidexin during the detox 72 hour period??

Well that just doesn't quite seem right. I order mine from e-bay.
As for the 72 hr detox, yes you take it with the apidexin. Several people said not to take it after 2pm or you won't beable to sleep. I haven't experiance that problem, BUT it effects everyone differently, so I would wait and see how you react to it BEFORE taking a does after 2...l can take mine later and still fall asleep, but that is just me. Good Luck!!

    Default 1 week later

well I took the 3 detox and two apidexing tablets twice a day for the first 3 days, I did have a bit of trouble sleeping, and I did loose about 2 pounds n the first day but then nothing, so im guessing its water, then I dropped down to just 1 apidexin from the 4th day in the morning - I didn't want to risk not being able to sleep while having work, and have stuck to that and I dont seem to have as much problems with sleep that way.

Weight I think has stayed the same, but I am due to be on my period from Tuesday and normally put weight on the week before that - so I'm hoping this is why.

Although the scales are not that encouraging at the moment, I do think that my stomach is not as big - when I say stomach, mine seems to have separated at the belly button and Its like I have two, but the lower one under the bellybotton, which feels like pure fat I do think has changed shape slightly.

I will continue to take the one a day - my appetite isn't quite as suppressed with just the one, but it's all about the choices that you make, this week I have had some chocolate etc for me its hardest to stay off it at the point of the month, but I've not exactly pigged out, but wont lie I have had some.

Hope this is helping everyone else, I wouldn't like to give my judgement on it just yet, I'm going to give it at least a month and then see.

    Good Luck
