    Mariewills,
I think that I noticed my weight changing visually more than I did on the scale first. Even though my weight has remained the same about the last week, everyone keeps telling me I really look like I have slimmed down. I myself, have not the best relationship with the scale and tend to get on more than one should "just to see" but I have to let go of the number (notice I said "have to" not quite there yet! lol!) and get down to weighing once a week and just feel my results. Do I feel more fit? YES. Are my clothes getting bigger? YES. Does my gut portrude far out so that I feel like I need to wear the "Big bras" from when I was breastfeeding to give the appearance that I have bigger boobs, thus smaller waist? (I might be the only one who understands that....) Not like it use to, not by far. I am feeling a little more comfortable in my own skin. Is it mind-over-matter? (as chandlers's wish discussed I believe last week with another fellow blogger?) Possibly, but I FEEL a difference, so that is what matters. Like I said other times, I have NOT had the "miracle weight loss" that some have; I have worked at it, but it is soooo worth it. So keep on trucking! lol! I love getting on here and hearing about other women having good results....kinda motivating in a way to me.
BTW....was that a mis-type, or did you really take 4 Apidexin pills a day in the begining? (you said 2 twice a day, I believe) because that is DOUBLE what the recommended dose and I could imagine you had a hard time sleeping! Goodness gracious! But as for me, I take a chewable fiber supplement w/my Apidexin and drink a bottle of water to help get more of an appitite suppessant. My love affair with with has been hard, but I think I am winning......
    WONDEFUL DAY TO ALL!!!!!

Cooper_mama2, Thanks for that it really has made me think perhaps they are working just in a different way other than the weight, afterall they do say muscle weighs more than fat so I'm hoping if nothing else these are transforming my fat into muscle - or am I just dreaming.

Yes your right, my mistake, 1 pill twice a day, but now down to just 1 once a day.

I do need to make more of an effort with stopping the chocolate, but i think thats a will power thing and I seem to be lacking it somewhat at the minute, partly down to it being that time of the month, but hoping to get back on track next week.

Thanks for the reply, hope you continue to see results in the mirror as I'm hoping to as well Take care.

    Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum. I have read a lot of mixed reviews with re to Apidexin. I decided to give it a try. I received my first bottle Monday, June 15, and took my first pill than. Today is Tuesday, June 16th, and I weighed myself after lunch to discover I was 1/2 lbs lighter than yesterday after lunch. Wish me luck. I will check in tomorrow. Oh....I weigh 209 today.

    Default Love it!!

    Hi everyone,

I decided to register, just so I could join in on this discussion about Apidexin. Today is my 3rd day, and also my last day on Detoxufree. To date, I have lost 4lbs! Yes, it would be water weight, but hey, I'll take it!

On the first day of taking it, I had a nice buzz all day, and consequently got so much done. It was like I had an endless supply of energy. I took my last dose at 2-30pm and carried on my day as normal. I went to bed around 10-30pm, fell asleep at 11pm. I woke up at 1-30am and was wide awake until 4am. That sucked! Day 2 was pretty much the same as day 1, but I took my last dose at 11-30am and had no trouble sleeping at all last night.

I love the way it gives me so much energy (especially since I have 4 kids & 2 are at home with me all day) and it really does suppress my appetite. Just the kick off I need at the moment.

I got a great deal on ebay and so far I'm very happy with my purchase.

I just hope the weight loss continues without the detoxufree.

    Will keep posting my results

    Talking Mariewills

Hey! I was hoping that you would get what I was saying and not take it the wrong way because I was looking at that after I posted it and thought "she may think I am being rude" which was not my intention.

I meant to tell you the other day, about the chocolate thing....My guilt pleasure is Special K with chocolate. It is so yummy and has the same amount of calories as regular special k. I try to alternate back and forth between that and the yogurt one. And if it's a yogurt day, I will eat a couple of Plumsweet chocolate covered plums (they are small like chocolate covered raisin. They aren't "low cal" but they aren't just junk either. They are full of healthy antioxidents and eating a small handful to curb that chocolate craving has been a good choice for me. Just a thought.....that may not work for you but has been a goodsend for me. Oh, one more chocolate that I use is the 100 calorie packs of chocolate covered pretzels...YUM!!!

And PEACHES....I know how disheartening it is to have a product not work....been there done that MORE TIMES THAN I CAN COUNT! But like I have said on here, everyone is built and wired different and not everything works for everyone. I had a friend of mine who took the "original" Trim Spa years back and lost like 50 lbs, so I spent the HIGH price for it (i had just had a baby needed to lose 60) and NOTHING HAPPENED!! I was so furiated!!! But it just didn't mesh with me I guess. So I would give the apidexin at least another week and if it doesn't work, by all means, send it back! But it's only been a couple of days, so I wouldn't throw in the towel yet. This weight loss thing is a LOT of work and a LOT of ups and downs, but if we support one another through it, we'll get there. Apidexin or not, Jenny craig or weight watchers, just be patient and find your niche....i KNOW you can do it!!! Let me know how things go!! Best of luck to all!!!

Hi everyone,i havnt been on here for ages due to my relationship breaking up.dieting and calories just didnt take priority so anyway im back now.i have been back on apidexin for the last 2 weeks and have also invested in a wii fit which is absolutely ideal for me because i know longer have to worry about childcare to go to the gym, plus i never really enjoyed the gym anyway....anyway i have lost 7 pounds in the last 2 weeks which is fantastic and i have measured myself today and only had measurements from a few months ago to compare with but have found i am 6 inches smaller around my tummy and yes yes yes i can see i am, all tho please note that is not just from 2 weeks.i have got a completely different attitude to weight loss now.i have spoken to my doctor and her advice was not to be in any rush to demolish the pounds otherwise they can go back on just as fast.she has told me to concentrate on the inches and let the pounds take care of themselves and i am in total agreement with this.i am prepared to accept that if i only lose 1 pound a week then that is 1 pound in the right direction....anyway back to the apidexin, this time around i am having no side effects and seem to be experiencing the higher energy levels that others have had.good luck to you all with taking this and the only advice i can offer is too stick with it and give your body time to adjust..speak soon cus off on my hols tomorrow so no doubt ill be back on here next week moaning that ive put weight back on lol

    Mrs. C....
FoxxLady here! The strangest thing I noticed in my second full day of Apidexin, is that I notice a small weight difference in the afternoon...after lunch! You would think to see a weight diffrence first thing in the morning. Well any hoo, I was 209 on Monday...and when I weighed after lunch my weight was 208.4 Crazy.....Let's keep in touch!

    Hey there.

Ive been reading through this thread, and im getting crazy mixed signals.
Some women with bad symptoms, some with none, some losing a lot of weight, some losing none, etc..

I think im going to try ordering Apidexin and trying it out for myself.

Right now, I weigh about 195 pounds, and I want to get down to 150 as a healthy goal.

I want to start losing weight asap, as I have about a bit over a month until a big wedding that I am going to be a part of. >.<

I dont want to look like the only cow...

Anyways, I have one question. For those of you who have stopped taking Apidexin, what has happened? Have you gained the weight all back? Have you been able to keep it off with a proper diet and excercise?
