Hmmm Mary, I HONESTLY can't tell you for sure, BUT I would think that a small healthy meal after one of them would be the safe bet. Losing wieght is great....I feel fantastic with my working out and all, but its not worth it if it hurts your health. I mean we wanna look good (I know I do!) but its about being healthy to live a good long life, right? If you are working out at all, I would def say a meal. I was talking to the sponsor of my son's t-ball team who owns the local "Curves" gym, amd she said that you don't wanna over eat but if you don't eat enough, and exercise, you kill your metabolisim. A hint that she also shared with me that I would like to pass on to everyone on here (some probably already do this), is not just taking smaller bites, but chewing EVERYTHING to applesauce consistancy (even stake). That makes your body more saisfied with it....she explained all the technical reason as to why, but I'd be lying if I pretended to remember them! All I know is that when I do that with a meal it helps me to eat less. Like, I ate a grilled chicken taco last week and wolfed it down and wallowed in my misery as I watched my husband eat his other 2. BUT tonight, I had a grilled chicken taco and enjoyed and chewed well and was MUCH more satisfied. Infact my husband had gotten 2 for me and I didn't even eat the other because I didn't feel like I was starving. Whereas last week I would have inhaled 2 more probably!
Anyway Mary, sorry if I got off track, but thats my opinion. Others may differ, but I thought I would offer up mine. Best of luck!

Hi Lily.xo,

Seriously don't waste your money it really doesn't work, this product is a total scam. If you just eat really healthy, drink lots of water and get into a good workout routine you'll be able to loose the weight in no time. And if you find that you are not motivated enough to workout on your own join a gym and put the money into a trainer who can guide and teach you what the best workout is for you.

Best!

Did you eat food for lunch or a shake? I have heard they are both kinda normal. I had ONE headache and a few "throbs" as I call them (quick goig annoying little head pain the first week. And if I didn't eat within the 30 minutes, I didn't feel neasous per say, but my stomache would turn or cramp. So I only give it 30 mins before I eat. for me, that only happened within the 1st week (i believe I said in my post I had very little side effects, but I would have to look back to be sure). But now, NOTHING. I don't get heaches, no upset stomache (maybe a little cramping once a week, but don't know if I can say its a negitive side effect of the pill, or just the first time in my life that I have been "regular" in using the bathroom, and I'm not use to how that feels). Now I have read people saying they had side effects the whole time and I have heard of people not having any at all. Like I said, I don't have any now, but I can tell its still working by the boost I feel and that I am gaining "lean muscle" much more easier than I ever have before when I have worked out. I have gained one pound back, BUT I am fairly confident it is muscle, because I still look and feel smaller. And my husband said that he can see muscles in the outter and back side of my thighs when I walk, as well did a friend on mine. I have begged my husband to be BRUTALLY honest with me, because he sees me everyday and I DO NOT want false complements and the "sure honey, you look better" thats not quite convincing. And I could tell the honesty really kicked in when he said "wow Jessi, you don't have all the back fat like before!" while I was getting dressed for bed. He went on and said "I thought I felt the difference when I snuggled up behind while we were sleeping....you cover more of me; but now I can see it." I could have lived without the " you covered more of me" part, but I asked for honesty and glad to see I'm getting it. Oh I ordered more apidexin on Tuesday off ebay and hpoing it gets here before I run out (I have enough to last through Saturday). So I will be doing my second detox when I recieve that. Intrested to see how the second one will go. Well gotta run and fix my little ones breakfast. Have a wonderful day!

May be back later......just gotta see howthings go.

Talking I've created an Apidexin User group

But I felt the same way you did at first...what to do - what to do!
And I came to the very same decission you did. So far I'm glad I did.

Understand I have two trains of thought: 1) If the product works for only half that uses it...than I the half it won't work for - 2) It's just lies....all lies. I've been disapointed in trying so many new products. What actually keeps me going is when one of two out of the one or two hundreds actually does what it said it would do.

Any way..I hoping all the Apidexin Users will join me on this single thread because for some crazy reason I was not sure that we are finding all of each other thread for support and feed back.

Just let me say this. I can not believe it...but it's actually working. As I stated in an eariler thread, I started this Monday at noon with one pill, today is Thursday and I'm from 209 to 207. Not a lot of weight-i know but I have even noticed that my back fat is getting smaller.

I was thinking of doing something stupid like maybe taking 3 pills instead of two as directed, over the weekend because I'm so exciting.

I think I might need a little intervention.
