    Hi Marry,

I can't stress enough... water, water, water. I felt the same way, but got the tip from someone else on this thread, that even though they tell you to drink a certain amount of water per pill, you must consume at least 8 glasses of water a day. I've also noticed that it helps me a great deal when I eat with my pill, not wait 30 to 60 minutes later. You might also want to take you pill with a glass of milk, and after your milk drink 12 onces of water, than eat. You will feel full, but I've done everything I've suggested to you and I'm happy with what I'm seeing. Continue to let me know how you are doing. Take care, and good luck.

And I came to the very same decission you did. So far I'm glad I did.

Understand I have two trains of thought: 1) If the product works for only half that uses it...than I the half it won't work for - 2) It's just lies....all lies. I've been disapointed in trying so many new products. What actually keeps me going is when one of two out of the one or two hundreds actually does what it said it would do.

Any way..I hoping all the Apidexin Users will join me on this single thread because for some crazy reason I was not sure that we are finding all of each other thread for support and feed back.

Just let me say this. I can not believe it...but it's actually working. As I stated in an eariler thread, I started this Monday at noon with one pill, today is Thursday and I'm from 209 to 207. Not a lot of weight-i know but I have even noticed that my back fat is getting smaller.

I was thinking of doing something stupid like maybe taking 3 pills instead of two as directed, over the weekend because I'm so exciting.

I think I might need a little intervention.
I am interested in your new thread, although I will also continue to be on this one also. How do I see your thread?
Also, just my opinion from one super excited apidexin user to another, I wouldn't bump up to three. I felt the same way after my first week, but the stuff in this pill hasn't been used in a lot of other medications, thus we don't know what would be considered an "overdose" and I would HATE for you to get sick. I have heard of different people taking more than perscribed of different diet bills and incurring heart problems because of, so PLEASE be careful. BUt you sound like me....you get so excited to see results that you wanna keep going even more. Instead of taking another pill (which WAS a temptation for me honestly) I pumped up my excersice routine. I figured if saw results with the exercising I was doing at the time, then if I just bumped it up, I would see even more, and I did. And the more I have excercised, the better I felt. I'm drinking between half a gallon to a gallon of water per day (you sound like you got that nicked already). I dont know about you, its actually made me CRAVE water. Well I gotta run for now and excercise & grab a shower before my sons t-ball game. Hope to here back from you hun!! Take care!!

    Good morning ladies,
Cooper Mama and Simply Nikki.....thank you both for talking me out of that tree I found myself in (taking 3 pills instead of 2). It's funny how you breathe better at the sound of reason and wisdom! LoL.

Cooper Mama - You are so right about the exercise....and it's definitely in my plans. It's just that this is the heaviest I've been in my life (was 209) now holding at 207 because of my upcoming period. And moving that amount of weight around, for me, is just overwhelming physically and mentally. I just want to reach ~180...that I can move! My ideal weight is 150. When use to work out 5 days a week, 90 + min. (Those were the good old day!  and I graved water as well…and yes my energy level was way up there. I can’t wait to be there again.

I don't feel any extra energy! As a matter of fact...I can't wait until after work-- climb in bed around 7pm-ish, watch an hour of TV, and I'm asleep before or by nine. I do get up every morning around 6am. But don't we all? I usually feel extremely run down right before my period...so that could be it.
And while I don't feel a suppressed appetite… I have noticed that it takes less for me to get full. It I did not know better...I would think the pills are training me to eat smaller meals vs. three regular ones.

I plan of weighing myself on Monday. I’ll let you ladies know my results. Everyone take care….Happy slimming!

Foxxlady, you've lost 2 lbs in 3 days all that is is water weight. I lost 3 lbs in 1 day when i took Apidexin. I would highly recommend you NOT take 3 pills instead of the 2 that is recommended. Be very careful and think of the harm you could be doing to your body.

hi there. I would not recommend you take more then what it states on the bottle. Just keep doing what you have been doing and you will see the difference. Believe me i was in doubt of using apidexin but i 've been using it since 6/13/09 and i've lost a total of 8lbs. With some excerise and changing my eating habbits i can say this product really works. I don't feel hungry at all and the boost of energy it gives me is amazing. Just take it one day at time don't rush it.
