hi ladies ...just wanted to update you on my weight loss. the last time i weighed myself i was 239.2 or .4....last night i weighed in at 227.3 which brings my total weight loss at 26 pounds...im about a week into my second bottle of apidexin. still no problems taking them and still as long as i take my second pill before 2pm i can fall asleep at a decent hour without a problem.
i really do have to point out that i am NOT solely relying on pills to help me out...i have dramatically changed my diet and have added 30 minutes of cardio into my daily life.
i also too have to point out that i am not starving myself either. u will not lose AND keep the weight off simply by starving urself. the pills kill my appetite greatly but i sneak in fruit throughout the day. even if i cant finish an entire orange or apple i will take bites here and there to keep my stomach from talking to me. and i drink a ton of water. no more sodas or high sugar juices. if i want some flavor to my water i keep in my purse the to go crystal light packets...they are only about 5 calories and taste the same as any other juice out there.

good luck and i'll keep u guys posted

    Hey ladies.

So today I gave in an ordered a bottle of Apidexin. Saw a great deal on Ebay.
I hope to god it doesnt take long to get here, since im very impatient and i want to start losing asap.

My goal is to lose about 10% of my weight (I am currently about 190 pounds, so that means I would have to lose 19 pounds) by July 31st. Is that a bit unrealistic?

i would just like to let everyone know that apidexin does not really work.
all that you loose while you are on this pill is water weight.
i took the pill for about 3 weeks and i have lost about 7lbs.
however this is because I have been working out hard and eating well.
the pill does not do anything.
you may think that the pill is supressing your appetite at first or giving you more energy but the truth is that it is all part of the placebo effect and after a few days you will start dragging again and you must rely on yourself to get to the gym and watch what you eat.
the only way to really lose the weight you want to lose is for you to do it.
you cant depend on any pill to do it for you.

Carynnn, I am a STRONG believer that everyone is entitled to their opinion and I try to read each thing posted, positive or negitive (and wish I could respond to more). I'm sorry that Apidexin wasn't what you hoped or expected. I agree with you in the fact that if you don't excercise or change your life style and rely soley on a "magic pill", then yes, if you lose weight you will probably put it back on. Our bodies just aren't wired that way. BUT that does not mean that the pill does not work. Its like adding light weights to your morning jog, or eat salad with supper instead of an extra side; it can compliment (for some) your weight loss process/program. As for me, I AM NOT doing strict dieting because as soon as a go back to food with flavor, the weight will pile back on with abundance. I AM, however changing how I eat, my portions, the content of certain meals, like I eat a lot healthier during the day, so that I can enjoy what I prepare for my family for supper with them. (because they REFUSE to suffer through bland meals). I just drink a lot of water while I am cooking and eat a smaller portion than I use to eat. I ask my husband to help keep me in check. I will, in a weak moment of some of my favorite meals, ask for seconds, and he will take my plate, go into the kitchen, place it in the sink and bring me back a bottle of water. I tend to look up with a disappointed smile and a not very enthusiastic "thank you" but he helps and its the right thing. Its about SUPPORT, making good choices, and changing your life....not just about the pill. Excercise is a must if you want to keep the weight off. Now, if someone is just looking for a temporary fix, then they can just take the pill and lose some weight for an occassion, but they really aren't optimising the full benefit of it. But as for all of it being strictly "water weight" water weight may make you a little smaller, but when I started (I believe it was May 15th or 18th, you can look it up in the thread if you wish...im thinking like pg 31 maybe?) I was a size 18/16 leaning towards the bigger of the two, depending how the jeans were made. I am proud to say that today, will at the Goodwill store, looking for some work out clothes I saw a couple size 14 jeans and decided to give them a try (since I am now forced only where my clothes that has belt loops). And much to my amazement, THEY ACTUALLY FIT! one pair was even a little big in the back. Water weight wouldn't change that drastically, especially considering the near gallon of water I drink most days. (I was so excited I was going to post this when I got home and saw this posting and wanted to respond).
I worked out for a month and a half before starting Apidexin and had very little results and was getting quite discouraged. Apedexin has been the difference in my sucess. But like I have said a MILLION times, it doesn't work for everyone. I have tried a lot if things that didn't work for me, but my friends have had GREAT success at. Its just kinda hit or miss thing unfortuantely. But I wish you the BEST of luck at your weight loss and 7lbs is FANTASTIC for 3 wks. I think that there are people on this forum that have unrealistic expectations (I am guilty of that in many aspects of my life) and thats just part of it. BUT if we support one another on here, through good and bad, we can achieve the ultimate success...happiness and health. And thats what this things is about support. So please everyone, try to keep it real BUT don't rain on others parades. THere are nice ways to tell someone that they may have to high of an expectation. Lets try that!

i agree with you wholly coopermama. some people think of whole numbers and when they step down on the scale and dont see the "magic number" they give up too quickly. i have my goal of where I want to be at EVENTUALLY. but i knew the day i started dieting that in no way would I realistically reach tht goal in a week or even a month. i actually had to mentally prepare myself to work at it as much and as hard as i could to POSSIBLY reach that goal within 6 months or be extremely close and prepare to extend that deadline another month or 2.
also i had to really say to myself "am i going to be able to eat like this for the rest of my life or am i going to go back to the things i did before once the weight comes off"?
once i was able to map out portion control and watching what i ate i was able to say "yep i sure can stick to this forever".
people should aim for 3-5 pound goals at a time....not the "20 or 30" they are hoping to lose. say to yourself...within the next 10 days i am going to work to lose 3 pounds...once you reach that goal...then be proud of yourself and set another reachable goal. before you know it that magic number will have happened for you.

for me personally i actually only aim for 2 pounds a week and anything more than that i consider a huge bonus and then im eternally thankful to myself for not grabbing that donut that was calling out to me when i was just sitting on the couch with nothing to do or watch.

the pills help me personally...they keep my appetite off to the side where im not constantly thinking about food.
is this going to be the same effect for everyone? of course not...just the same way a shirt doesnt fit everyone the same way.

dont give up on your goals though and completely call it a waste if it doesnt work for you...sometimes you just have to experiment with different ways and things until u find something that just seems like it was made "just for you"

    Thumbs up Hello Everyone!!

I hoped that eveyone had a good fathers day weekend. I had to share with you that I have gotten the best compliment yesterday since I have started my "journey". lol We went to my father inlaws house yesterday afternoon for fathers day. He lives way out in the country. (for those of you who don't know, I am from Chicago, but I have lived in TN for most of the lat 10 yrs). And my father in law, bless his heart is a divorced backwoods country boy. If it doesn't directly effect him, he really doesn't notice. Like when I cut my hair last year when it was down to the small of my back and cut it just above my sholders, he didn't notice. I don't think he would have notice me and Sam getting married if he wasn't in the wedding. So anyway, we spent the afternoon overthere hanging out and as we were getting ready to leave, he and I were talking about drinking water (didn't mention I was trying to lose weight, because it just isn't the kind of thing I talk to him about...easily distracted). And then he said "Well you must be doing something because I can tell you have lost a LOT of weight" and I grinned ear to ear and said thank you. If you could only understand what a compliment that was because it came from him. I asked my husband on the way home if he had said anything to him and he looked at me and was like "no, and come on Jes, you know my dad, even if I had he wouldn't say anythign to you because of me....he's not like that" So for him to notice just totally motivated me even more!!

So anyway, I recieved my next couple bottles of Apidexin and 72 hr detox today. I took my 1st does of both just a little while ago. I wonder how that detox will work the second go around. I took my last does saturday and was out so I didn't take any sunday...and honestly, I was dragging just a little. So I was happy when my box came today. Lets see how this next month goes. I orginally had a weight goal, but I'm at a size goal too, I'd like to be a 10 (right now I'm a proud 14) I may not get there cuz my hips really spread with this last baby. We will see, but when all is said and done, no matter what number the scale says or my pants are, I will be much healthier than I was at the start of this. So I'm happy with that!

You are so in the right mindset....its about reaching the goal, not a one month quick fix. If you lose it quickly, GREAT, wish that worked for me! lol but if it takes a while just keep on chuggin! I think we have a simular mindset when it comes to this thing....its ashame we probably live across the country from eachother, or we could probably work out together....but at least we can keep eachother in check through here. Look forward to hearing more from you.

And Mz*Grant, let me know how the raw fruit and veggies go....might have to give that a try for next month. Hope the first month went well.

Well I am going to go before this turns into a blog! take care everyone!

Hey, I just wanted to say hey! I hope that apidexin works for you....give it a try even if you don't see the "miracle" results that some advertise right away. This is such a great support group and I really hope to hear more on your progress. I'm not good at dieting, so I opted to do a lifestyle change instead. Remember with your apidexin LOTS of water and exercise really helps for the maxium benefit of it. Anyways, best of luck!!!
