    Smile Apidexin

    Hi Everyone,

I've been reading the reviews on Apidexin, and I was going to start it tomorrow with the DetoxuFree72. My question is does anyone drink diet pop or coffee while taking it? and if so what are the effects? should I cut off coffee and diet pop? I don't want to feel like I'm on speed.

well first a little bit more info hun....
have you changed your diet or are you still eating the same?.
are you pre menstral? us women are weird like that...we can gain 5-10 pounds right b4 our period and then magically it goes away afterwards lol
what type of exercises are you doing? (you might be losing fat and replacing it with muscle)
remember that in order to LOSE 2 pounds a week u should effectively be burning 500 calories more per day and eating 500 calories less.
find out what ur BMI is and adjust your calorie intake and try adding a high intense cardio workout to the mix.
DO NOT GET DEPRESSED!!! we will figure out what the problem is and try to tackle it accordingly

i dont drink coffee or soda but i really wouldnt recommend taking 2 pills a day and then chugging down coffee all day in between. but i dont think a cup of coffee a day will hurt you. try it out and if it makes you feel funny u can always try switching to decaf or depending on how you take ur coffee use sweet and low or extra instead of sugar

coopermama if you only knew how badly i'd like to have a workout partner. all my friends still live in n.y. and the 1 girlfriend i have out here had a hysterectomy last year and lost so much weight she's actually taking weight gainers now cause shes less than 90 pounds so there goes that idea to hit the gym with her lol.

im in west palm beach fl though

    Default week 1

Just got weighed... very disappointed... weight loss 1pound.

like i said, i wasnt expecting miracles but i was hoping for more than 1 pound!! 1 pound that i could lose on my own without the tablets... i have eaten healthy so theres no reason i can think of as to why the Apidexin wouldn't have worked.
Going to continue with tablets and see if results improve...

    Wish me luck,
    HS xx

Fat can turn to muscle firstly, if your excerising...

One week is not long enough to test any ANY results.

If your going to try ANYTHING to help get where you want, time is an essence, lets be realistic.

    Patience is also a vertue...

You need in my "opinion" 1 month before you can test anything pertaining to results...

If you think that "someone said here" 1 week is real? Think whether they are posting to try to get you to take the tablets cause they googled and work for the Company..,. How else over the Internet do they get sales, advertise, advertise, advertise.

What better way? Spam? Na..... pretend to be a consumer and brag...

Think on that note ladies, and don't get depressed, it's about commitment what do you know happens over night?

Nothing I know of, other than shear hard work.

Do we not realise that in order to find a soul
    It doesn't happen over night
if truth were to be told.

Like everything in life that's hard to achieve
    you must believe!

I agree with simplynikki that a little coffee shouldn't hurt, though I was an everyday coffee drink and have kinda lost the desire for it myself. My suggestion would be, if you can with stand by-passing the coffee for a few days until you see the apidexin is going to effect you.....after reading through this forum, it has had many different effects on different people. I was only "wired" the first day and a little the second, but then it was just a natural feeling burst of energy for me. So I could endulge in a cup of coffee when I felt like it. And I drink a mountain dew from time to time with no problem. But thats my reaction, yours may be completely different.....you be climbing the ways! So my best advise would be to give it a couple of days, or least don't drink anywhere near eachother for the first few. After you have adjusted and got a feel for how its going tot effect you, you can determine if coffee or diet coke would be too much. Please keep us up to date!!

Thank you Chandler's wish....I love how you keep it real!! I said in a previous post that I'm trying not to focus on the numbers and more on how I feel. That daily stepping on the scale is really self tormenting (not that I am not guilty of it!) I am one who believes it works, for me anyway, but WITHOUT exercise, I don't believe I would have seen much results. I am slightly jealous of those who have had 7-8 lbs in 1-2 weeks, but I am REALLY happy with how my journey is going so far. It has been just over a month and I have lost 11 1/2 lbs. I think I may have gained some muscle because my pants hang. I feel healthier. I can chase after my kids and don't get winded after a minute. But that part is not from the pill, its from my part, by exercising. I'd like to think, that for me, its joint effort. It has boosted me to another level to be have the energy to exercise. Unfortunately for me, I guess my body has "adjusted" to the appitite suppressant, And I don't really feel much on that aspect...but some people still do. It helped enough in the begining to help me to be able to practice some self control. But I love the way simplynikki put it...its like how a t-shirt fits everyone differently.

Peaches, I am waiting to see what your responce to nikki is. I am sorry that this seems to not be working for you, but she had some points that I would like to hear. So I'm not going to weigh in as of yet. But try and keep your head up hun, I know how discouraging this whole weightloss process can feel.

And simplynikki If only Florida and Tennessee were closer. My teamates in the compitition im in are dating, so they chose to workk out together, leaving me all alone When I work out at home, sometimes I make my husband do my video with me or go joggign with me so I can have some conpanionship! lol. and he def doesn't need to lose any weight. But I am fixing to run and try to hit the gym this morning (daycare is onlu available for a limited amount of time) and am looking forward to Yoga tonight. I intend on FULLY using my month free membership to the "YMCA" take care.

And once agian Chandlers wish, thanks for your intuitive opinion. Always a pleasure to hear from you!!

    Hi all,
I have read all the posts, good, bad, & ugly lol. I decided to get these to hopefully help curb my appetite a bit. Here's my info... last friday I was at 133lbs but due to my period showing up yesterday I am at 136lbs currently. My goal is to be at 125lbs. I started spinning about 3mos ago 3X week for 45mins. It is extremely vigorous & I have never sweat so much in my life. When I started I was at 136 & at one point the scale said 131 so I am bouncing around a bit. I felt I needed some help to kickstart my weightloss. I got my apidexin & detox yesterday so I decided to start just the apidexin today (I have plans tonight & was afraid of what the detox may do). Since I get queasy taking vitamins on an empty stomach I decided to take my 1st pill this morning with water & toast. So far I feel fine. I will report as I go & I plan to do the detox starting tomorrow. I did drink my normal 2 cups of coffee this morning too so I will just feel this experience out. If I get too crazy I will cut to one cup. I haven't been sleeping perfect at night lately for some reason without the pills, I have been waking up normally twice a night as it is so I'll see if this makes it worse tonight. As I said I will keep you all posted every few days to see where this takes me.

Smile Fat is fat, and muscle is muscle

    Hey guys,
I just ordered my Apidexin yesterday so hopefully will be able to give some good feedback in the next few weeks. Firstly CHANDLERS WISH Fat is fat and muscle is muscle, Fat cannot turn into muscle, it can be tightened or eliminated, but not converted, and muscle cannot turn into fat, it can loosen but not turn into fat, big difference. I have been working with a personal trainer for about 3 weeks now, and have seen some drastic changes just because I am tightening my muscle and trying to burn the fat. Weights weights weights, very important part of working out. I am about 5'6 and weigh 145, and need to loose about 15 piunds before my wedding in november I know I can do it, its just that I wish i could see results faster as that is always motivating, hence the diet pills. Will keep you ladies posted on the progress, and keep up the good work to those people who are trying to stay healthy. Be positive and you will achieve
    Lots of love Miss b

Hello all, i have been gone due to surgery so I stopped taking my pills. I am just now getting rid of the water weight from the medication and felt sick for a week.

Anyhow, I have kept 5lbs off, only taking it for 2wks.

I do have to say this has assisted with not wanting to snack. I used to eat every 2-3hrs, now its 3 meals a day. However I do try to eat 2 sm. snacks but am not full.

Ladies.... DO NOT think this is a miracle pill because its not. You have to work with it by exercising & diet. Cut out the sodas (sodium) excess carbs/sugars. That is going to jump start your loss if these areas are your weakness.

Well I am back on track again so will keep results posted.
