    Guppymoon,

I have honestly had no desire to drink pop while taking the pills...

Hi everyone! I am new here, but have read every post on here. I have already bought my Apidexin and started it June 12th. I have not taken it everyday, but so far I have been pleased with the lack of side effects. I am 26 years old, 5'4 and 157lbs not to mention a size 12. My overall goal is to lose 30 lbs. I am realistic and do not expect to have the weight magically disappear. I have put away my scale to prevent discouragement. I will weigh myself every week, but I really just want to see how my clothes are fitting me. A little background on me is that in college I weighed 113 lbs and ate anything I wanted to. I was 117 lbs when I got pregnant with my daughter, I continued to eat anything I wanted and gained a wopping 55 lbs. I was 171 lbs when I had my baby girl. I was able to get back down to 141 before I got pregnant with my son where I gained 30 lbs, bringing me back up to 171 lbs when I had him. He is now 2 and my daughter is 4. I am a single mom and a fast food fanatic. I am so busy with a full time job and 2 toddlers that I rarely take time for myself. I love to workout, but it is not high on my priority list. I ordered the Apidexin to help motivate me to workout and start making smarter food choices. So far I have stopped drinking soda, for lack of desire. I am also eating smaller portions, which is a vast improvement, bc I am a visual eater. I feel like I have to eat what is in front of me. The Apidexin is helping and I am drinking water like crazy, even that makes me feel better! Sorry for the long message, just thought I'd give a little history. Good luck!

Well today is my first day on Apidexin. I took it about 7:00 am and had my oatmeal around 8:00. So far it has not taken away my hunger pains. I have a little bit of a headache, but nothing I can't deal with. It did take a few hours to feel any affects from the pill. I tried drinking a cup of coffee but started to feel it was going to get me to wired so I dumped it out. Even though I still have hunger Pains my stomach feels full, if that makes sense. But as most obese people know, it's in the mind most of the time and not the stomach. I would like something that tells my brain I don't want to eat. Because obese people don't over eat due to hunger but something in the brains tells us to eat even if were hungry or not. So I really do hope this works. I did soloslim for a while and did great along with flaxseed oil, and drank oolong tea. But after a while my body got used to it all. If you like tea and want a boost and to feel full drink Bonkers super skinny tea it is really good.

    Guppymoon,

Where can I get that tea...is it expensive? Apidexin has pretty much ate my budget, even getting it at the price that I did. And I relate to where your coming from with the "hunger" thing. My brain tells me to keep eating and belly starts to feel full. I like to eat until I feel stuffed, and it was a hard thing to break. but I have gotten through. I hope that Apidexin works to help you. its a 50/50 chance, right?

Lucki7....your the kind of person I was always jealous of growing up...I could NEVER eat whatever I wanted, my older brother could and was a stick and I was a little cubby. I came into my own as a teen was a healthy size. Then when I got pregnant with my 5 yr old I gained 50 lbs. It didn't go anywhere for the first yr, but I got sick and lost weight and was smaller than I had ever been. When I got pregnant with my baby, I gained 68 lbs and was miserable. I lost some weight before apidexin, due to soe dental work, but I knew it wouldn't stick, so I decided it was time to get healthy. I spent a couple days online researching different diet pills before I decide on Apidexin and then spent a few more days finding the best price (i have to look up EVERYTHING!). I am 5'8 and my goal is 145-150. Which is like a9-10....my build REALLY isn't meant to be any smaller than that....I found that out wher I was "skinny" 135 and you could see every bone in my body. Its hard with 2 little ones....but you can do it. I am a very proud 172 right now because I feel better than ever. I may not be at my goal yet and I know that it will take time, but for the first time in my life (im 25) I feel healthy. You can do it!!! Good luck and hope to hear more from you!

    Unhappy Bonkers Super Skinny tea

You can get the tea at Amazon.com and it get 6 boxes in a case and there are 18 tea bags in each box. I get the Lemon Peppermint flavor, it's really good. One tea bag will last for breakfast and lunch, you drink 8 oz 1/2 hour before your meals. Try flaxseed oil 2 tablespoons in the morning and two in the afternoon they work good also as a filler. But for me it's metal. I get my brain all going and do great and then I get off track and my brain goes back to how it used to be, and it is so hard to get back in the swing of doing it right. And I gain how much weight back till I do get back into it.

    Default update after day one

So yesterday I started Apidexin. Like I said in my previous post I was only going to take that one yesterday as I had plans last night & was afraid to take the detox... anyway, I took one pill in the morning with my breakfast & I had two cups of coffee. No problems, no real side affects. I took the second with lunch. Both times I drank 16oz of water. Again no real side affects. Once in a blue moon I thought I felt a tinge of a headache coming on but I never had to take anything. As I said before I haven't been sleeping really well to begin with so again last night I awoke at my usual 1am & 5am but quickly fell back asleep so no changes there. I just now took my apidexin & three detox pills with breakfast & 16oz water & I had just one cup of coffee today. I'll keep you posted as I move along here!!

I have been craving water (which I never really cared for) since I have been taking apidexin, but I have noticed, this my 3rd day on my second detox, is that the detox not only makes you pee, even if you just think about drinking, but that it REALLY gives me the desire for water! But I believe thats what its suppose to do to help flush your system and give you could fresh start. Look forward to hearing more from you! Have a good one!!

    Default Feeling pretty good

Hello all! Just wanted to post todays update, I have been on Apidexin for 2 weeks on Friday. A co-worker commented today that he can see a change. I don't know what the scale says I'll check it out on Sunday. I am drinking a ton of water, the more I drink the more I want. I haven't had a diet coke in 3 days and that is unheard of for me! I was wondering if anyone else on here smokes, bc I do and it has greatly decreased my desire to smoke. I feel better and am looking forward to seeing where I am at the end of this bottle! I bought 3 hoping to reach my goal before I ran out! I think it just might work! Coopers-Mama I have followed your progress and think that people that have stuck with it and continued to write are few and far between. You are an inspiration to me in my quest to be thinner and healthier! Thank you for your continued dedication to this site and for supporting me, a complete stranger! Best wishes!
