Wow! Neat scale. Can I just go-online and buy one? or must I join weight watchers?

Oooh that sounds like a really good scale.
Do you know if there is a specific name for it?

Ok so I dont mean to triple post, but, I just opened the bottle of pills, and noticed they are HUGE. God I dont know how im going to get these down. I am trying one at a time, i just took the first detox pill and i feel like theres something stuck in my throat already. Im scared of taking more incase this worsens that and blocks my breathing. Im going to hold off for a few minutes. D;

Hello everyone,
Okay so Im new to all of this. Just started taking apidexin about 3 days ago and Im feeling okay. I only take 1 pill a day as I know my body probably cant handle the full dose. Im so excited about losing weight. The last couple years has been tragedy after tragedy and I found myself eating my way thru everything. Im so glad and excited to be a part of this forum. It totally motivates me to get back into shape. After my first child I gained 100lbs then lost 75lbs and then got prego again and gained it all back and then some. So my 2nd child was about 5yrs ago and I still can barely take off any of the weight. Im so tired of being sick of being sick and tired... so my motto is, as nike so well puts it "JUST DO IT".....

Hey there justdoit.
Goodluck on your adventure. But remember one thing, the pill will only act as a booster. You need to excercise/eat right as well to get any sort of results.

Today is day one with Apidexin for me. Ive taken the three detox pills and one of the apidexin pills. Just before taking these, I was feeling a little hungry. But after taking them, almost instantly, that feeling went away. I did force myself to have some cereal though, since I didnt want to get sick/feel bad like others explained. I am having some sort of side effects though. Im starting to feel a little spacey. But hopefully that will stop soon. Im really counting on this to give me some motivation/boost. Getting started seems to be the hardest for me.. Ill try something, and then I dont see/feel results so I give in and break down all the time. Even if this pill doesnt help me shed pounds, im hoping itll help get me into the mentality that i can do this. Im so sick of being overweight. It runs in the family, and people almost expect it. "Its in your genes, you cant help it" is what I hear so often. I want to help it. GAH. I just rambled.

Hey there lily.xo,

Thanks for the encouragement. And yes, I got a gym membership and have been working out for a few weeks. Ive been preparing myself for awhile. I played volleyball in college and was always athletic. But over the years my knees and some other ankle injuries have caused me to slow down quite a bit. Just happy to be back at it.
I am so feeling you on the, "sick and tired of being overweight". Obessity runs in my family as well and I get the same freakin comment all the time, 'its in your genes".. well im here to finally set the record straight... I know we can do it. When we set our mind to it we can accomplish anything. Let me know how you feel by friday. I took 1 pill this morning and I feel alot better then I felt yesterday. I think my body is starting to get use to it. I'll probably start taking the full dose by thursday. We'll see.
