The only way I can relate? Is "quit smoking drugs", OMG, and irritable, y, non sexual thoughts, then I tried to get out of it, and the only way after trying "half" was to say ahh hhaaa... nup..

I'm now trying to change habits and tonight I ate fish... well today I had um chips shhh...

If our bodies don't agree? Find another solution, I don't think feeling like this, (11 days) for me, it's worth it.

Next. "Figure of speach"... persay.

Cw,

Im not sure if Im allergic to something in the pills.. i do know Im allergic to codeine and thats about it. I thot maybe I got bit by some type of bug but then I woke up with 5 more other spots around the rest of my body that itch like crazy... wth... dont know what to do as the pills I feel have been working for me pretty good with no other jittery, nauseous side effects.. hmm????????

Reactions can happen anytime, even with something you've used for years.

have you been outside where you could have picked up poison ivy or something of the sort? they sound more like bug bites to me, especially the location of them being sporadic. i recommend washing your sheets and maybe vacumming around. if there is any chance of being allergic and you are persistant in taking the pills maybe take it down to one a day. if you have a cream for insect bites and/or poison ivy/oak/sumac you can try that on the bumps. if not, ice will temporarily releave the itchyness.

Lily.xo-- I have had similar issues with feeling sick, etc... I went from taking the two pills a day plus the detox to just taking one pill and no detox at all. Who know what this means since I'm not following the recommended dosage, but I couldn't be at work feeling like I was about to hurl every 15 minutes. I've also felt spacey about 30 minutes after taking the pills. After a suggestion from the group, I started taking the pills w/ food instead of waiting 30-60 minutes. It has helped tremendously. I am back to two pills a day, starting today --- wish me luck.

Like anything, we are all different in how our bodies handle food, drugs, vitamins... Just take it day by day and see what actually works for you, that's definitely what I had to do. My weight loss is spectacular, but it's there so I'm not giving up.

Good luck with your progress and any changes you make. We're all here for you!!!

Justdoit99-- Hey there! It doesn't matter how big/small we are at least we're out there trying something. When I say I am training for a 1/2 marathon, trust me my little legs (I'm a shorty) go fast, but the rest of me is trailing behind I'm hoping to beat my best time and I can only do that if I can drop the weight. I really appreciate your support--- it's nice to get the words of encouragement!!! You will DO IT, and Nike should give you endorsement royalties!!!!

Good day zanyhoagie,
lol... I know the feeling with the rest of my body trailing behind... Im glad to hear that at least you're sticking in there. Im going to start training here soon for a 1/2 marathon in Jan.. I want to at least drop maybe 30-40 before I start. The best of luck to you with beating your own record.. that's so awesome... cant wait to get to where you're at... keep up the good work...

lily xo- good luck with the pills, its weird cause I to 5 days later am starting to feel a little nauseus this morn after taking the pill. I have noticed that when I get sleep I dont feel sick but considering I was itching myself to death last night and didnt get any sleep I think that may have alot to do with why Im feeling ill. I would highly suggest to eat right after you take it and Im pretty sure that will subdue some of the ill feelings you're having.

Howdy Bluejeans/pearls-
thx for the advice, although I havent been outside alot I am going to wash my sheets and do some serious cleaning when I get home from work today. Called hubby this morn and asked if he had any bites and he said no.. Maybe its just my side of the bed??? lol... good luck to you..

Zanyhoagie - Thank you for the support. Yeah, I took a break from it today, as I wasnt able to sleep at all last night and was still feeling nauseous this morning. It could just be my body saying "HEY, I DONT NEED 8 HONKING PILLS IN ME RIGHT NOW" So im going to take the apidexin itself, ONCE a day for a few days and see how it works.

I was hoping to take some more of the detox pills, as ive noticed people see most results due to them. Anyways, im thinking of taking one detox session a day (three pills) in about a week or so.. a few days in a row. I know it wont be as effective, but atleast I wont feel like death all day everyday.

Justdoit - Thank you for the support.
Try some of the bug bite stuff first. If it doesnt work, I think maybe you should take the same approach I am. Discontinue apidexin for a few days (make sure you continue your good eating and exercise) and see if the "spots" get better.

I'm going to start the detox tomorrow and run the course through the weekend. I am hopeful that being home over the weekend will help so I don't worry about getting/feeling sick at work. That totally sucks when your co-workers are looking at you as though you've grown two heads because you're pale and about to vomit every 10 minutes

Have a happy 4th everyone and good luck with continued weight loss!!!
