lily xo- for sure, I think Im going to do that. Been using this benadryl type cream and its actually working. The other bites are gone now and Im thinking it might have been bug bites. I didnt stop taking it yesterday and didnt see any additional reaction. ... feeling much better today.. thx for the heads up..

last night was pretty bad as it was the first day in 6 days I felt totally hungry. Ate a little bit more then I should of, but worked out really hard this morn to make up for it. My jeans felt tight this morn... UGGGGHHHH... hopefully the scale on monday wont reflect what my jeans are telling me...

Happy 4th everyone, try not to overinduldge ourselves..lots of yummy food this weekend..

So. I only took one dosage of the detox+apidexin (three detox, 1 apidexin) today, and i have to say i didn't feel disgusting all day. With the being spacey/feeling sick to my stomach every 10-15 minutes. Though, it didn't really get rid of my appetite.

Also, I thought that the detox was supposed to make you urinate a lot, since it gets rid of the water in your body?
Its 7:30pm and ive urinated.. once.. after taking the detox pills. Hmmm.

Default Apidexin

I have tried Apidexin.. At first I experienced light dizzy spells, they dont last very long, had read a few threads so was expecting something.
The thing for me is the sleep loss, I normally used to be able to drop off very easily at 10pm ish, now im lucky to get to sleep after 1 or 2am! its horrible.
I stopped taking them so late, my last one now everyday is 11.30am.
I have noticed a slight change to my weight albeit not that much, but to be fair I think i have increased my eating patterns "just because i was on a diet pill and could afford to" so if i wasnt on these i would probably have gained a whole lot more! Am on my second bottle now and will take it seriously to see if they really really work.
I bought mine on ebay from Health Nutritions or something like that, they were good they posted on time and no hassles at all so would recommend them for security.
Think thats abt it, will post again once I start taking these pills a bit serious :P

Ok, so I know I am going to sound like a person obsessed with losing weight, but trust me I've tried everything and nothing is working. Right now, on top of taking the pills, I am also doing Jenny Craig. I go to weigh-in at my local JC center tomorrow and based on my scale I've lost about .4 pounds this week and that's with doing the pills on top of eating a 1200 calorie diet. Like a lot of people on here, I have had days where I really push myself to eat because I have no desire, but then other days I get up and want to gorge!! So.... I really hope that the combo of the pills and low cal/low fat diet through JC will finally break my inability to lose weight. Can you read my frustration!!! If I were like my husband I could eat two large pizzas, drink a few, sit around and watch TV and not gain any weight, but the heavens haven't given me that luxury

Anyway, have a wonderful 4th everyone. Good luck to those of you who are weighing this weekend.

Justdoit99- don't get discouraged. I weighed in the other day and was down 2 pounds, then this morning I was only down .4 pounds which means somewhere along the way I put back on 1.6 pounds. I totally understand your frustration. Remember sometimes our bodies store water/fat, etc... when we go into starvation mode. Can't remember if you're having issues eating enough, but your body will totally go backward if you aren't eating enough.

Stick with it.

Remember with your apidexin LOTS of water and exercise really helps for the maxium benefit of it. Anyways, best of luck!!!
hi,

take them exactly as directed. do not exceed more than the recommended dosage on the detox bottle.

quick update for me....lack of protein was exactly why i was having a problem losing weight the last week and a half. since i started taking the protein bars and shakes to increase my protein intake (which was i believe 4 days ago) i've dropped 3 more pounds. which brings me to 222.4 i still cant believe how just changing ur eating habits and exercising just a little bit more could make such a difference so quickly. this brings my total weight loss to date at 47 pounds since i began on april 24!!
