Simplynikki- Great job!!!! That's wonderful news on your weight loss. I weighed in Saturday and had lost a pound. Of course I would have loved to see a larger loss, but hey at least I lost I am hopeful I'll be down more this week. Even if I lose 1-3 pounds a week I'll be happy considering I've been losing nothing.

I think when people write this kind of stuff they really don't think about who they are writing to. Most of us get overweight from doing nothing. "raising hand" guilty as charged. So doing 15 minutes of ANY aerobic exercise has got to be a positive.

On top of which, to over extend yourself by doing 30, 45 or 60 minutes of walking/running when you've done nothing for years, would only be a hurt to your body, more than likely causing some sort of injury and then keeping you from what you should be doing. What's the old saying "everything in moderation, nothing to excess" ? I so agree with this. You can always build up and as your bones become stronger run to your hearts content.

From someone who started out at 10 minutes a day and now runs 5ks and 1/2 marathans in her mid 50s.

According to the US military, fitness will not improve without at least 30 minutes of exercise three times a week. That's the bare minimum, and if you're choosing the cardio route you should not cut up that 30-minute block. Cardio depends on the length of time the heart rate is kept up, not just that it was up at all.

Justdoit, I understand. Same thing here. One day I'm down 3 pounds.... the next day I'm up three pounds. Check this out.....In all my frustration; I have noticed that my body shape is changing. Pay close attention to your body...not the scale. Harder said than done--I know. Also you might want to take out your tape measure. I've decided to give it a full 90 days and have just started working-out half hour daily. I'll keep you posted. Also...I've gone back to using the only colon cleanser that's ever worked for me which is Oxy-powder. I feel you girl... hold on. I'm not checking the blog as much as I used to...but you can always reach me at my yahoo account. connie_foxx. Hang in there

I Just brought it! Fingers crossed. I'm 5'5 and recently hit 200lbs and after over-indulging myself this past weekend I decided to change my diet (a bit) and fit (a lot of) exercise into my schedule.

Hope everyone else is doing well on their weight loss path!

Hi all,

Well I took the leap and ordered my apidexin from ebay last night. I live in Australia so I'm hoping the wait won't be too long.

I spent a lot of time reading through this forum, along with several others, and also contacted someone here in Australia who has used the product previously....it's extremely helpful to speak to someone whom you know is a 'real' person, and not a representative of the company like so many others. Anyways, I weighed up all the pros and cons, and decided to give it a go. Of course, if I start to experience any serious side effects then I will cease taking them immediately. But thought it was worth a try and hopefully I will have the same luck as some of you who haven't had any side effects at all. Fingers crossed!

Anyway, I am 175cm tall and weigh 73kg...my goal is to lose about 10kg and get down to 63kg. Hopefully before the warmer weather hits around September/October so I can finally wear a bikini on the beach!

Well, good luck to all on your weight-loss journeys! I will post back when I receive my apidexin and let you all know how it's going. Until then, stay positive!

.

i for one hunny do not take for granted who i am speaking to when i speak about my accomplishments. first let me start by repeating what i said on my very first post here....i work at a job where i literally SIT for 9 hours a day....my exercise seriously consisted of walking from my house to the car and from my car to my job entrance. i didnt gain weight because i was active thats for sure. i was depressed, not moving, not even paying attention to calories AT ALL., when i wanted something sweet i ate it..simple as that. and if i wanted 2 i ate 2. not even realizing that that bag of doritos came along with a price tag of 750 calories and 28 grams of fat...add to that a 1 liter of pepsi adding another 250 calories to the mix. do i soley think the pills helped me? of course not. but they did steer my thoughts away from binge eating for a while...long enough for me to able to do it on its own. am i still taking the pills faithfully 2x a day? of course not...because slowly i am realizing i dont need them maybe as much anymore. i will still continue to take them sporadically until i reach my goal weight but i really and truly do account my majority of weight loss to teaching myself to grab a handful of grapes or carrots whenever i had to urge to munch on something instead of a handful of oreos. and to pushing myself to workout even if its only for 20 minutes a day because even by doing that i know in the long run i will save myself from having high blood, high cholesterol...possible back surgery, health problems...the list goes on and on.

good luck to anyone just starting out and hopefully this thread helps to keep you going the same way it has helped me these past few weeks
