Purplekate- I had similar side effects when I first started taking the pills, but after about 4 days they went away. I do notice I need to have a good 5 hours between when I take the second pill from when I take the first, otherwise I don't feel great. So far the results are good. I'm not seeing a ton of weight lost on the scale, but I can see a difference in my body and clothes. Also, my energy level has increased when I'm working out. Last night for instance I took a combat class (kickboxing) and normally it kicks my butt, but I was able to go the whole class w/o really needing a break. YEAH!!! Am I sore today-- YES, but it's great
![]() Stick with the pills, I think they are working for me. I also have adjusted when I don't feel great, by just taking one pill a day versus two. |

HEY everyone! Sorry that it has been almost 2 wks....my email is suppose to tell when there are new post and for some reason it stopped
and I was so busy that I was didn't think to check anyway.....not that I don't think about my girls regularly ...Especially simplynikki and FoxxyLady. I have gone through and read and through some of what I have missed out on. I am so proud of yall who are working at this to get your desired results. I love what you said FOXXYLADY about the measurements and NIKKI about the photos. I am not convinced that my scale is completely on the up and I up, but more importantly I am still SEEING results. I can fit into a couple pairs of 13's but for the most part im a 14, there is a pair of pants I couldn't fit into a month ago and now I make them look GOOD! I haven't been working out as much as I was the last week and a half, but I still have been working out and I am fixing to get back to it and bust some butt! My 5 yr old was finishing out his T-ball season, I had guest coming from out of town and was trying to get my house clean, and I have had an issue when I exercise. My feet start going tingling and going numb around 10 minutes and after 30 its up to my ankle. So I had an MRI and then lost my insurance so yet to find out the results. Lets pray its some simple inflamation on some nerves that can easily be relieved. And though that set me off course slightly, I am still going. I haven't gained any weight through all that, so I am greatful. I feel like my "weight" in numbers is starting to platoe (did i spell it right? probably not) but I also believe that I have gained muscle from the weight toning I have done at the YMCA (my free month is alomost up, So I getting all I can from it). As for all you new ladies, congrats on your journey! It's long and at times, hard, but SOOOO very worth it if you work at it. And you know, if apidexin was just some miracle pill that the weight just peeled off, I don't think I would feel as good as I do because I am so incrediable proud of my accomplishments thus far. I have had to work for it, and when you work for something it makes the reward that much more enjoyable. Remember, if it comes off to easily, it will probably go back on quite easy. I look forward to talking to you all and hearing from you! Have a wonderful day!! |

LUCKI7 - glad to hear you are having good results thus far, I like the bootcamp idea. Though I am personally scared I couldn't keep up! lol! Is it a video? Here where I live there is a lady doing a bootcamp on Saturday mornings, but I am afraid of humiliating myself by attempting to go. So how are you doing as of today. Hope all is well!

Cooper mama2-- I am doing ok. I lost 7 lbs the week before last and got super discouraged when my boyfriend did not notice that I was losing weight. I got sick earlier last week and didn't take them for the rest of the week. I maintained the 7 lb weight loss and am not sure to date how much I have lost. Oh well I gave up the non-supportive boyfriend and am trying to be more active with my kids.
The Barry's Bootcamp is a DVD you can get it from the selfnamed website. It isn't too hard to keep up with bc you only do each exercise for 1 minute at a time. You can tell a difference in a very short amount of time! I highly reccommend it to anyone trying to slim down and tone up! Its very motivating! I am glad everyone is doing well and writing in! Keep up the good work! |

Lucki7 Sorry about the boyfriend, some men just don't get it....talk about fustrating....I am lucky that my husband is super supportive. I loves that I am losing weight and he seems a lot more "attracted" to me, not that he wasn't before; its like someone turned up the heat just a little bit. Anyways, so did u say that you ditched the boyfriend? Well you just keep on, keepin' on! YOU CAN DO IT!!! And you are having good results. You had an "off" week, so did I, but we won't let it detour us will we? I love that people lord knows, how awy from one another can support eachother. I need to look into that DVD to see if I can afford it. I the very little extra $$ I had, buying a 4 month supply of apidexin a few weeks ago. well gotta run! Take care! |
