Hey y'all, I have been struggling with my weight for years and after reading most of the stories here I have decided to make a change to my life and stick with this diet. Currently I am 210 and I am looking to lose 30 pounds. I know it will be a long road but I can do it after the many success stories. I will keep you all posted in a weeks time.

And it wasn't to do w/ the pills at all, just me and my love of food!!! Although I lost weight last week, we went out for crabs (I live on the East Coast) and indulged. Well that single indulgence lead to numerous others. I have been working out w/ my trainer and doing classes, etc... but I think when I weigh-in on Saturday at Jenny Craig I will NOT show a loss. Even though I know this is a very real possibility I am not losing faith.
