    Unhappy Side effects?

Hi!! Today is my first day taking Apidexin and I am a little concerned. So far I have been experiencing severe stomach paines. It comes and goes but I have not had this before today. Also, when I am taking these I do feel a little disoriented. I noticed that I was not hungary and felt "wide open" for only a couple of hours before I began to get an appetite and start to yawn. I did however have to open the capsule and take the powder inside because I have a hard time swollowing pills. I am just wondering if anybdy else has had these same side effect?

    Smile day 1

Hey y'all, I have been struggling with my weight for years and after reading most of the stories here I have decided to make a change to my life and stick with this diet. Currently I am 210 and I am looking to lose 30 pounds. I know it will be a long road but I can do it after the many success stories. I will keep you all posted in a weeks time.

first off congrats on you deciding to start something new and positive for yourself. since i found this website a few weeks ago i feel so much more motivated just keeping in touch with strangers all aiming towards the same type of goals i am aiming for...i actually started saying things to myself like "i gotta remember to check in on so and so...or i cant wait to post my progress again.
i have no one in my home life to help keep me motivated because it seems like even my husband has it set in his mind that i cant see this through to the end.

quick progress update...last time i posted i was 222.4 (or .6 i think) i am now down to 216.8!!! i am super hyped i lost 5 pounds this week. i was really working at it hard. i switched up my workouts to one day doing 35 min on the eliptical, the next day a 3 mile walk at home dvd, the next day 8 pound weights on my arms and a tae bo dvd, then back again to the eliptical the following day. also adding more protein to my diet through the shakes and bars has helped me not feel so sluggish anymore after a workout or throughout the day.

keep you girls posted...and again good luck to you all

Hey ladies!!! I totally fell off the wagon this week And it wasn't to do w/ the pills at all, just me and my love of food!!! Although I lost weight last week, we went out for crabs (I live on the East Coast) and indulged. Well that single indulgence lead to numerous others. I have been working out w/ my trainer and doing classes, etc... but I think when I weigh-in on Saturday at Jenny Craig I will NOT show a loss. Even though I know this is a very real possibility I am not losing faith.

I totally agree that this site has made me feel more positive about my journey. It helps a lot to have a group of supporters, even strangers Thanks to everyone for all of your help.

    Have a great day!!!

Im ready to get back at it today. I kept taking the pills hoping the nauseau would subside and it has a bit.. thank goodness. I ate good today!!! lol, good luck to you and your work out. Im sure we'll be back in full force....

    hi girls.

i think the main thing is to not beat yourself up and give up all hope when you slip a day here or there. we are all human and we all have our slip ups..the main thing is that you actually realized you slipped and have decided to get back on track rather than flat out give up completely. good luck to you both

We all have slip-ups, but as long as you pick yourself back up, thats what matters. DON'T get discoraged! You didn't get to your weight in just a week or two so it will take longer than that to get where you want to be. Please keep us updated on how things are going. Take care!!!

i am about to actually finish my second bottle within the next few days hun so yes i have been taking it for at least a month lol. and i am currently down 47 pounds. i have to seriously emphasize though that i am NOT relying solely on the pills to lose the weight. once i decided to start losing weight i made a plan and stuck to it. i eat healthy, small portions, take vitamins, drink ONLY water, i exercise for at the very least..30 minutes a day, from my diet i have completely eliminated eating anything fried, battered, smothered, dipped in heavy sauces, soda, junk food, anything with alot of starch in it, eating late at night...things like that.
i have to keep saying it over and over again...dont take diet pills thinking that there is no work involved in losing weight...it helps me to keep my appetite curbed but it doesnt magically make you a size 6. good luck on your diet and i hope you see it fully through
