Default Almost 2 weeks

I have been taking the pills now for 2 weeks and lost 4 lbs the first week and 1 lb on the second...I will have to say though, I haven't experienced any real side effects, but I do drink a lot more water then normal and I pee a lot more then I used to. I have been eating less, without thinking about it which is great and even though I haven't been working out and still having dinner a few nights with my boyfriend I have kept it off. Nothing amazing, but for not working hard at losing 5lbs I can't complain. I am going to start cardio and see how the next two weeks go. I would love to lose 10 more lbs on this stuff!
I will keep everyone posted as I go.

You do have to drink alot of water with it so I am assuming it is water weight I dont know. Has anyone else just lost inches and no weight? Though inches is alot more important than weight because thats the goal right to get into a smaller size and feel better! ha Thanks I will keep updated each week!

I have to admit the same, first week i lost around 4lbs, and only 1lb since, so in 3/4 wks not great! buti have lost over 1.5 inches ..... have to admit, that i am about to go back on to the detox pills and take them properly (i didnt first time around) ... but i am doing a proper exercise regime since last wk ... but lets see.... if there is not an improvement on weight loss in this months pills ... am going off them

... regarding SLEEPING ... i foudn it very hard to sleep for the 1st wk, am ok now

all the best to all

I tried Apidexin and my legs started hurting terribly!! My temples had tremendous pressure on them like my head was in a vice. Scared me. I took it one day.. Had side effects, thought it was a fluke, tried a different day a couple days later... same side effects... Thought my heart was going to burst on top of it. I hope it works out better for everybody else..

Alright, so I stumbled upon this forum [B]after[B] I had already ordered my two bottles+detox. I haven't received them yet, but I am hoping to get them soon. I am in the US Navy, and a little over my weight limit. I am 5'4" and 172.4 I am supposed to weigh 157.0 inorder to be with in Navy standards. I have a little over two months to get there. I excersize 5 days a week. 45 to an hour on the eliptical everyother day and on the days I am not on that, I swim. On top of all of this I eat for the most part a healthy diet. I have cut my caloric intake to under 1000. The weight I had gained was weight I put on in a 2 month period. I am not prego and I have really bad knees which keeps me from running or anything HIGH impact. I am actually up for surgery review in the next month. But until then I do what I can, medical is now checking my blood for a thyroid condition or blood sugar abnormality, but I came across this product and I want to try it. I have tried countless other drugs...Hydroxycut, hoodia green tea, and others even the acia berry. For some reason they were just hard to follow. I am still following the hoodia green tea, bec if anything it regulates my system and I do think it is helping with water weight. I have been doing it for a little over a week. there are times my pants feel tighter then other days. but my main issue is in the past month I have been dieting and constant excersize my weight is not doing anything it has gone up and then gone knowhere so I am going to rty this product now.

Oh and I usually weigh 130-140. So that is my goal. I am 20 years old...I shouldn't be like this since I am taking care of my body.

Default Just starting out

Just took my first day's dose of just the Apidexin (one capsule around 630 am and another around noon). The only side effects I felt so far were increased energy, increased thirst (which is good cuz I typically don't drink enough), and I was warmer than normal (usually I'm cold all the time). I'm going to start the DetoxuFree in addition to the Apidexin tomorrow. I'm a little nervous about how I'll sleep tonight since my sleep is easily affected by caffeine if I take it late in the day. I've had quite a bit of energy today but hopefully since I took the last one at noon, it won't keep me up. We'll see...

About me...I am 38 years old, 5'3", 130 lbs. I have the most energy and feel most comfortable when I weigh between 110-115 so that's my goal. I've never really exercised much and didn't have trouble staying under 120 lbs until about 1 year or so ago.

I'd love to hear from those of you who have been taking Apidexin for over a month...what your weightloss results have been, if the side effects (like sleep problems) continue or wear off, if you've had any "new" side effects come on the longer you've taken it, if the weightloss effects diminish over time, etc. Any info that you think might be helpful. I'm a nursing student and somewhat leary of taking diet pills, especially in regard to cardiac issues. Also, if anyone has had adverse lab results (like liver or kidney issues), I'd be very interested in hearing from you.

Thanks and good luck all!

Unhappy Does it really work?

Hi all,
I am very new to this site and only stumbled upon by chance this evening. I'm glad i did though! I am really interested in apidexin and from reading your threads it sounds like most of you are seeing some results although they are varied.
Let me tell you a little about me. I am 5"3 about 210lbs ( I haven't had the courage to weigh myself yet) and last week turned 33years old.
I have reached the point now where I know I have to address my weight issue before its too late.
Can you guys keep my posted about how you are getting on. I am planning to make a decision about apidexin in a few days so your experiences would really help.
Also I live in England does anyone know how long it takes for the pills to get here?
Tata for now.

Default Apidexin

I have been reading all the threads on Apidexin. I am from Australia, 58 years old and weigh 92KG. I commenced taking Apidexin 4 hours ago, the first symptons I felt was a foggy headache and stomach jitters (this has subsided in the past 30 mins). I am quite nervous taking diet pills but I gained a lot of weight after giving up smoking and changed my addiction to chocolate. I have never drank coffee or had caffine so I am quite concerned how I will react to the caffine in Apidexin.
