    Hi girl,

I think you should try them, for now i have just lost 2kilos in one week, and im looking forward for more progress and for more results. Dont rely on them only, you have to help yourself 2.
Just make some activity and arrange a little bit your diet. Looking forward to get feedback from you.

    Default Apidexin Side Effect

I used the product for 3.5 days. I experienced a great amount of extra energy and my mood was great! However on day 4 I awoke at 3 a.m. to extreme pain in my lower side and back. It hurt to stand and to urinate. I soon realized I was having an issue with my kidney's. As I'd been extremely thirsty, the only thing I'd drank all week was water, so I easily figured out the pain must be associated with the apidexin. I stopped taking it two days ago and the pain has subsided for the most part. I'm still only drinking water and my energy level has returned to it's former, slower tired levels. I am returning the product.

    Smile

Hi Y'all, I've been in the product for 1 week now and have been exercising a lot. I haven't experienced any side effects which is good. I have tried so many other pills and this one seems very good, for me at least. In total I have lost 2 1/2 pounds and my goal is to lose 30+ pounds so I will continue to work hard. Thanks for the motivation with everyone’s postings. I will keep you all informed in another weeks time.

Nothing works in 1 week, nothing...

Unless you starve yourself. Which is not good for your body way not good......

If this is real? Then what you did I hope you don't continue, it's not the way to lose weight, feel great.

It's the way to lose weight and feel flat, low, confused, etc, etc.

I do understand that it may have been water weight that first week, but I definitely did not crave the sweets and ate less at mealtime than usual, especially when I took a pill 30 minutes before eating as recommended. I also seemed to want to eat fruit more than cookies (my Nemesis)! Since then I have not lost as much weight as fast but I have kept it off which is half the battle, I am down to 155 pounds and continue to see loss when i am taking the pills. I do understand that everyone is different and some things that work for some do not work for others. Due to travel and life (with 3 kids & summer) I have not been taking the pills regularly and can tell when i don't take them I tend to crave sweets more. And when I do take them I get hungry less often, but do have to go pee more often (reason didn't take them when traveling...made that mistake and had to stop in what seemed like every town for a restroom ) I was also taking a liquid vitamin (VitaComplete) at the time when I first started taking Apidexin and I think that probably helped with the cravings since my body was still getting the needed nutrients. I have since ran out of those and have tried others (Liquid Life & VIBE) but they make me nauseated on an empty stomach, so I will be reordering the other kind so I can take them first thing in the morning with Apidexin. I am down to a size 8 in some things but I am busty naturally and can't seem to lose up top and so depending on the outfit and cut I have to still do a 10. I also still have the flabby tummy and know I need to exercise regularly to get rid of that, I hope to get in a regular routine soon and plan to include an exercise ritual to tone my body. Hope that helps you all not feel that this is a "Miracle Pill" although it has helped me to get over the plateau that diet (food) alone could not get me past.

Sweet.... if you "really read" there is NO QUICK FIX.

It "appears" that this helps you with the appetite but like everything, you need "will, desire" and "exercise AND eating habits.

This helps at least in not feeling so hungry so tell us? What do you want to do to change what you do?

What do you eat now? And how can you stop eating things maybe that you shouldn't be eating?

Why do you "not have much time" what is your goal, inspiration?

Just need to get a good idea of what to eat and what type of workout for a mum at home with less time on her hand can do, just to help me do something. I don’t do any workouts at this stage! And know I ate wrong! Love making food…. Creamy food! I just need to look good for my husband. And my goal weight is 55kg! Please help?!?!
