With the kids at home... I just clean up from the morning till late. lol! My husband work long hours and get back at 7:00 pm! Kids and I are at home. I don’t have any energy! One 3 and one 1 years old and keep me on my toes! I don’t really ate that much. But do love my takeaways! My kids love sweets and so do I! Just need to get a good idea of what to eat and what type of workout for a mum at home with less time on her hand can do, just to help me do something. I don’t do any workouts at this stage! And know I ate wrong! Love making food…. Creamy food! I just need to look good for my husband. And my goal weight is 55kg! Please help?!?!
Well you know that creams is fattening darlin... Why don't you have energy? walking gives you that...

Those kids would make you run around the house use that as exercise.

No takeways anymore, you need to walk, you know you love cream change it to tomato based... you DONT NEED TO LOOK GOOD FOR YOUR HUSBAND, cause he should love you regardless.

    55kg is underweight?

List what you eat and lets see if we can help.

    Hi all,

Good news, my apidexin arrived last night!! So I started on them this morning (along with the detox). All good so far! I'm going to keep a record of my progress, diet, exercise etc under the post 'newbie' for anyone that's interested...
    Good luck to all!

    Lightbulb one year later?

    Hi everybody.
I read almost all this thread (61 pages). What surprises me is that there is no comment about “the after 6 month on Apidexin” or even better, after reaching everybody’s goal weight.
Every comment in here seems so enthusiastic the first day or the first week... but is there anybody who can tell us what about 1 year later, or more?
I am now on a diet and I am exercising everyday (I bought The Firm videos). I am 31 pounds overweight. I have tried even the impossible to get rid of that over weight so I thought Apidexin could help but I have my doubts. I do not know for how long will I have to be taking it to maintain my perfect weight, and if it will be possible to maintain it.
Please, if you are an “old user” of this product, tell us your story.

    mariamaria,

Don't bother waisting your money on this product, it's a big scam. I ended up returning mine and was guarenteed my money back now they are telling me they will not refund my money.

Thank you LuC for your answer.
Could you be more specific please?
    Why did you returned it?
How many weeks did you try it?
How much weight did you loose and how much did you gained back?
Did you change your diet at all?
Were you exercising while using the product?

I mean your answer is very important for me, but I need real reasons to make my own decision.

    hi girls,

ok a quick update for me. i didnt even really want to weigh myself this week being as how i know i took it extremely easy. i didnt take the pills every day, i didnt work out for 3 days because i had company visit, i ate a half a slice of pizza (and yes i do mean i cut it in half and only ate half but still its the most greasy food i have had in months). so i was actually weighing myself to see how much i had gained. lol. well i actually still managed to lose another pound to my surprise!. last time i weighed in at 216.6 today i weighed in at 215.4 so i am actually quite pleased. I know this week i will go back into my normal exercise and eating regime but the main thing is that i didnt gain weight and so i am quite pleased. my new total weight comes to 48 pounds!.

once again good luck to those of you starting out. b.t.w i did put in another order for another 2 month supply yesterday as i will be finishing this bottle sometime next week. i actually got it at a better deal using ebay instead of directly through their website. saved myself about 30 bucks which is always a plus when you can save money these days

    Hi simplynikki
I really appreciate your post, and that make me read all of your posts on this threads.
I’m really curious about your great advance! It makes me want to make an order right now... As I said before I’m on a diet, and working out everyday, and yes, I am loosing weight, but so slowly, that’s why I am considering getting an extra help. I just do not want to waist my money and play with my health.
It seems to me that you are the only one on this threat who is a supporter of the pill and keep updating.
How long have you been taking Apidexin?
How much total weight have you loose?
Have you ever had any side effects?
    What is your goal?

    Thank you very much!
