Best of luck! I'm in a similar situation and the pills have been working fabulously! I've lost 1 pound a day since i've been on it for two weeks. Especially when it gets too hectic to hit the gym, use your exercise bike as often as you can. I use my at-home treadmill at least 35 minutes every other day. Hope it helps!

I am now desperate to get the weight off and my clothes selection is getting smaller as i cannot fit into most of them. I decided to buy an excercise bike which arrived today and also after looking at all your comments I decided to buy apidexin. I cannot wait for them to arrive and really hope they have positive results like they have for the majority of you guys. I am hoping that the extra exercise along with the tablets will get me the results I am after.

Have any of you got any extra tips on how i can get the best out of the tablets? Have you been dieting alongside them?

I will keep you posted of my pogress when they arrive.

personally i dont think apidexin is the right pill for you if you are already at a healthy weight and would just like to tone up. you could lose those last few pounds simply by switching up your workout regime or by cutting yur daily calorie intake by 200-300 more. i would check on your bmi and recommended calorie intake and then see what it is you are actually taking in on a daily basis and go from there. ultimately i cant force anyone not to do something im just saying based on what you said you really dont need a 2 month supply of pills...especially when they dont come cheap good luck to you

Hey Bigcat -- I'm in Aus and it took only about a week for mine to get here. I ordered through Ebay, and they quoted me 7-14 business days, but I think I ordered on a Tuesday night and they were here by the following Wednesday.

    Hi Optimistic

Thanks for getting back to me! I order on the main side. Sunday night! And it’s for 6 bottles apidexin and 6 free of the “tone”….and I pay $215 AU for it. Shipping incl. So that’s not bad at all! And they said it will take 10-21 days! They did ship it…. So I can’t wait any more! How long are you on apidexin? Does it work for you? Love the chat side….. Where in Australia are you from? I stay in WA love it! And are you happy with the Apidexin?

    Thanks
    xxBIGCATxx

    Thumbs up

    Hi all
I am new to this forum, well... i haven't read all 63 pages but browsed thru most and i haven't come across with anything that will worry me in the long run i have ordered my single bottle and detox72 on thursday and received them on monday. took my first dose this morning half an hour before breakfast and half an hour before my lunch.. i can say that i am not feeling hungry at all times which is great as i was eating constantly recently i did feel a little out of breath after the second dose and felt shakey but that could be due to having little or no breakfast in the morning.. i have never tried anything like this before so i am a little scared but i really want to loose this weight as well so i am going to stick with it.. i am five foot one and weigh 78 kg as of tuesday morning.. i am weighing my heaviest at the moment.. well, just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.. i will keep you posted.. in the mean time any advise or tips would be most welcome..

    Default Apedexin

    Hello All,

I am back. I have come back on to let you all know Apedexin has not worked for me. It didn't change a thing for me. It was almost like taking and muti-vitamin. I have decided I have to face the music and be happy with the shape I am. I am not over weight and not really tiny. I will continue to eat well and go to the gym four or five time a week. I encourage all to do the same thing. Do waste the money.

Thankyou Stephiemarie and simplynicky for your comments. Yes I know in the scheme of things it doesn't seem like a lot but it has been 20lbs over the last three months and over the last year and a half put on 50lbs. The weight although seems little is not naturally what I am and I am willing to try everything to get it off.

I have already ordered it now and am willing to give it a go to aid my overall change of lifestyle and eating plan.

I have read a few of you posts simplynicky and I am very inspired by your determination and will power.

The bike is working well for me. I am doing 45 minutes when i get up and another 45 before I go to bed. I have also put both me and the hubby on healthier eating.

Stephiemarie, I am glad you seem to be getting results from this. Please keep me updated on your progress.

I wish you both best of luck on your weight loss journey! I will keep you posted on my progress!
