Hi, I just started Apidexin with the DetoxUFree a few days ago. I've been working out regularly for about 3 weeks and watching what I eat quite carefully for about a week. I lost about 2-3lbs this way before starting Apidexin.
I wanted to try Apidexin because I'm impatient. If I don't see results, I get bored or frustrated and just stop. I also wanted to make sure I established a healthy routine before I tried any pills. In that regard I'm doing pretty well. I wanted the pills to enhance the things I can do without them. I noticed a lot of people choose Apidexin as a hunger suppressant. This is not the case for me. I'm someone is is willing able to eat when I'm not hungry, so unless a pill is making me throw up, I doubt it will prevent me from eating.
I'm currently Underemployed (almost never getting a shift, looking like once a month) with a bit of money saved to get me by for a while. I figured I should take advantage of this time while casually looking for other work to do something productive: get in shape and lose weight.
Also, I recently got married and plan to start having kids in 1-2 years. I've been steadily gaining weight for years and my mom gained a lot of weight after she had kids. I don't want that to happen to me and I figure that if I can't get my body the way I want it now, I'll NEVER do it after I have kids.
So here's how it's going for me:
Age: 26
Height: 5'5"
Weight at start of Apidexin Use: 156lbs
Ultimate Weight Goal: 115-125lbs
Workout:
I use Wii Fit and Gaiam's AM/PM Stretch for Health DVD
Day 1:
I decided to take both the detox and Apidexin as directed, starting by popping the 4 pills as soon as I woke up. I felt my tummy get upset as soon as the pills hit my stomach. Drank water, prepared 1/2 a grapefruit to eat and got more water, drank water while sitting at computer, waiting 30 minutes before eating grapefruit. When I'm done the grapefruit, I get ready to work out, set up my Wii Fit, do the Wii Fit Body test/weigh myself. Then I get some yogurt and berries, and some metabolism boosting tea. Then I do a 5-minute workout to warm up on the Wii Fit, do the 20-minute AM Stretch from the DVD, then go back to the Wii Fit, working out until I accumulate an hour of fit credits in the game. By the time I was done, I felt what I guess was mild nausea. I felt gassy (but was only able to burp out the tiniest amount, not enough to relieve the ache), I was light-headed, and just felt uncomfortable. But I didn't feel really sick and as I relaxed during the rest of the day, I felt better and was able to ignore it. I DID take the second dose and had a lunch of 1 fried egg and a salad. By the evening I felt like my heart was pounding. I guess it was all day, but it normally is from the exercise, but just not so late into the evening. I checked my heart rate and it was in the rage for moderate activity, which seemed weird since I'd be lounging/reading for most of the evening. I did my PM stretch before bed and had a sleepy time tea, because I knew insomnia was a big problem with Apidexin. Worked reasonably well, but the PM stretch didn't calm me down as much as it usually does. Steak and veggies for supper.
Day 2:
Same morning routine as Day 1, but no tea. Signs pointed to Detox doing it's job. Figure the stomach ache was pretty much entirely the detox pill and decided to tough it out. Visible difference in Thigh/hip area starting to show today. Still got light-headed during work-out and started taking frequent breaks, not just for water, but for juice. Decide that I should add an egg to tomorrow's breakfast. Tummy aches not as bad as before. Dissipate much earlier in the evening. Same lunch as before, but added a second egg. Supper was a small serving of whole wheat pasta and sauce and some diet Jell-O. Evening Heart rate lower than previous night. No PM stretch today, or night time tea. Much more trouble getting to sleep.
Day 3:
Morning routine the same, still getting cramps with morning pills, had egg with breakfast, but did not continue work-out past 5-minute warm-up. Instead, I needed to go somewhere that was a 1-hour walk each way, so I went for a 2 hour walk, drank lots of water, and felt amazingly refreshed and ready to work out when I got home. Delayed work-out until after lunch, of a home-made veggie burger on a whole wheat bun. Did AM stretch 1 hour of Fit credits. Again, felt woozy as workout progressed. (NOTE: This NEVER happened to me before I started taking the pills. probably has to do with them preventing the absorption of calories. I'm also too thick-headed to just STOP). Nausea got progressively worse as evening went on. Supper helped some, but it go worse later. I realized that dizziness during a work-out is usually due to low blood-sugar. Had a few cookies and some fruit. Felt much better. Heart rate not even coming to my attention until I think about it.
Weight Loss:
In the 3 weeks of work before I got the pills, I lost about 3lbs.
I lost at least 1 full pound every day since starting the pills. As of morning of day 3, I'm sitting at 151.2lbs! Once I get to 149.9, the Wii fit will stop calling me overweight, so I'm really excited that it could happen as soon as tomorrow.
Note on side-effects:
I really hope most of the tummy troubles are due to the Detox pills, and I'm looking forward to what day 4 has to offer.
I'm usually pretty Iron-stomached so nausea and dizziness were rather unexpected for me.
I wish I knew how much caffeine there is in these pills... I pretty much cut out the last of my caffeine several weeks ago when I switched almost entirely to Green tea, so I'm not used to it, but it seems to be settle down. It DOES help me in the morning. It might disrupt my sleep, but once I take my morning pill I don't feel like I missed any sleep.
I'm glad I'm not in school or working a lot or I could be seeing some serious mood-altering stuff start to cause problems.
