    So Dissapointed today..

I normally pack a few extra pills in my purse in case i forget to grab and i'm out and about all day. Well, I went to take my morning pill after getting on the highway this morning to realize, I didnt bring any with me today. I'll miss my first dose, but will take the 2nd around 6 when i get home to work out. But i never thought id have such a loss of energy. i'm exhausted. I am not hungrier than normal, but i have 0 energy. I havent woken up from this morning. I have a headache and I just want to crawl into bed. Did i mention its raining and thats not helping at all?!
    Tomorrow is another day..

    Default Energy?

Is it just me or does anyone else not feel the energy that we are supposed to? I have never had much energy, so when I red that it is supposed to, I got excited, but that hasnt happened. I have been taking these pills for about 2 weeks now..............Anyone else not feeling the energy? Is there anyhting I can do to boost the energy?

My husband and I both have more energy, so I don't know.

I can definately tell a difference from when I don't take it and when I do...

Normally if I am lackign sleep I cant function but with these it REALLY helps my energy level better than anything else i have tried.

I have been eating nectarines, peaches and apples....not sure that they would boost anything.

    Dawn

I know what you mean.....I was so excited about the energy boost since I have to keep up with my toddler grandkids, but once I got past the headache/yucky feelings, I don't notice anything extra! I'm pretty disappointed in my weight loss as well. The first three weeks I lost 4 lbs. and was elated, but since then nothing to speak of & no, my clothes still fit just as tight. I'm working out 3 times a week the gym, then walking the other 4 morning & evening. Yes, I'm eating at least 1200 calories in small portions thru out the day. As of 3 days ago, I've gone back to another diet capsule that I have had luck with in the past & put the Apindexin back in the cabinet. Guess it just doesn't work for everyone................

Funny you guys complain about the energy lacking. Although i do feel energetic, i dont feel extra uppidy. If i did, i probably would not like the pills. I think if you did feel the energy (which translates into jitters, you'd be complaining about how it doesnt feel good). I mentioned yesterday not having taken my pills, and i felt a tremendous difference between then and today. It was the first day in a little under a month I hadnt taken them and did not like the "withdrawl" effects. Back on them today and feel much better, more like myself, with ,my regular energy.

I am not talking about jitters, I'm talking about energy in general. I do know the difference & really am starting to feel as if everytime someone says anything negative about this product, you've opened yourself up for criticism. I was not trying to cause a problem, just stating that it didn't seem to be working for me. I was under the impression that this was a forum where we could talk out our thoughts & get support? Sorry............

Maybe the pills are making you a bit sensitive? I hadnt made any rude remarks. I just thought that some people may not be experiencing "energy" and mistaking that feelin for jitters. Dont take it personal as you werent the only person making that made the comment. But i apologize if I came off judgemental, I am not at all. And I have been trying to motivate people on here, not criticize. Again my apologies that you took it the wrong way but there was no malice intended.

Thanks for the apology & I in turn I owe you one as well..................
No, the pills are not making me sensitive or anything else, unfortunately..LOL!! I'm sorry if I snapped, but it has seemed even in the past I keep stepping on toes or something.
    My apologies..........

Well, I've made a not exactly negative comment, but not a positive one either and felt the same reaction.

Guess it just depends on one's good day or bad day. I seem to read more than post now. The 14th will be one month of using and not a single pound gone.

    It's disappointing.

    Default Apidexin- a little scary

i just tried Apidexin for the first time and was less than thrilled with how it made me feel. my very first pill made me feel foggy, forgetful, and extremely jittery and hyper. i just had to keep moving somehow in any way possible. this made me uncomfortable b/c i knew it was uncontrollable and pill-induced. i was nervous to drive my car b/c i wouldn't be active enough by just driving...so i had to blast the radio and literally dance while driving, kind of uncontrollably. i hadn't worked out in a while and felt like i had no choice but to work out to expel all the excess energy buzzing though me. i never took a second pill that day, in fear that the jittery feeling would never go away. by late at night i calmed down, but my mind was racing like crazy. i was thinking about all the things i worry about and couldn't take my mind off it like i usually can. eventually fell asleep.

the next day i opened the pill and dumped out some of the meds. still felt lots of energy and all of the above, but not as bad. was able to take a second pill that day also, with some of the meds dumped out. i didn't feel very inclined to work out, but i remember not being super hungry like i usually always am. definitely suppresses appetite due to the fogginess it makes you feel.

the third day was bad.... i took a pill, still dumped some meds out, and just felt really bad, almost depressed. i was having really bad thoughts, about all kinds of things (which is NOT normal for me), and i just wanted to lock myself in a room all day. it was so weird. it was the day i kept saying to myself, YOU ARE NOT TAKING THIS PILL ANYMORE, YOU SHOULD HAVE TRUSTED YOUR INSTINCTS ABOUT DIET PILLS. i felt really regretful that i made the choice to take a pill to lose weight, which i always said i'd never do, and it made me feel so much worse about myself than i'd ever felt not being on diet pills. i just got very scared of myself and knew Apidexin was not for me. i haven't taken any since..and if i get the urge, i just remind myself of that horrid day. oh and also, i've had a couple mouth sores appear within a day of not taking the pills, but i'm not sure if it's from Apidexin. good luck!
