    Hello,

I'm on my second day of taking Apidexin and I feel light headed and my stomach is a little upset. I have read most of the comments and it seems that a lot of you guys have had the same side effects. I hope it goes away soon . I don't like taking pills but I have 15lbs that I want to loose fast. I am 130 years old, 5'2, and I am around 130lbs. For the past two months I've workout at the gym 5 days a week and I do from cycle class to kickboxing class. The side effects are annoying and I may stop taking the pills. Any suggestions? I don't and never have drink'n anything other than water also, so it may be the caffine? ideas??

    Thanks!!

You have probably hit a plateau in your workouts. Add something new and change it up a bit to give your body a little kick. Cut back on your calories a tad and see where that gets you. There is no magic pill and this one is making you feel bad, that's alarming. You're on the right track so there is no need to put your body at risk with a mystery pill.

    Default couple more days

I'm going to give it two more days and if the side effects have not gone away then I'm returning it. I've lost 10lbs already on my own with just workout and a lo calorie diet but I thought the pills could help me loose the rest fast. There are so many sites that say this is a top rated product and great results, that is why I tried it in the first place. No one can stay on any pill for the rest of their life and we all have to learn how to loose weight on our own but I wanted to do it twice as fast. Maybe that is not a good idea!

I'm stopping it all together and returning my first bottle. I have been in pain since I started taking it which as only been for two days. My head has felt like it was going to explode, I'm super tired, and I'm getting some crazy cravings which I have eatn everything and gained some weight back. I don't understand why it is not working for me

You might want to try an atkins type diet while using the pills. I started it on Monday because of a post on here, and I'm down 2 lbs already after only 3 days! On top of it, I feel soo much better! I'm not doing the induction phase, but trying to keep my carbs around 30-45g/day, which is very low. I only need to lose about 10-15 lbs though. They have great info on the atkins website.

    Default Yeah

When I take the pills...it's just down hill. I did not take them today and I feel amazing!!! I was a big kid and have always had to eat healthy and exercise! No fun!! I'm always trying new things to see if maybe I can eat a little of what I like but no luck thus far, back to the same ol' routine for me. Eating very healthy and exercising 5 times a week, always mixing it up. I have been on other pills and never have they made me feel this way. I wish you all the best with it and if it works for you...great!!! but it is not for me and my body is screaming at me for even taking it. lol!!!
My current weight is 125lb at 5'2 and just wanted to get down to 115lbs fast!

Vsmurf, you sound just like me! I'm 5'2" I was down to 118 at my best, then switched birth control pills and my weight krept up to 132. I'm now at 129, but trying to get back down. I'd love to be at 115, but would be happy with 120. I work out 5-6 days a week. I've stopped doing weights, because I don't want to bulk up. I'm just doing cardio, yoga and skiing now. But I'm telling you, atkins is great! I feel better, eat a lot and often and am losing. Granted, it's only a couple, but I feel like it could be 5-10 lbs in a couple of weeks. In addition, every trainer, meal plan, that I've seen suggests doing a high protien diet to jumpstart your metabolism. I'll keep filling you in on how it goes.

BTW, I haven't even received the pills yet. If this diet thing goes good for a couple of more days, I may not even take them and return them. Also, with Atkins, on the 2nd day I felt a little light headed, thats normal and goes away by the 3rd or 4th day. It's your body going into ketosis, which is good!

    Default Wow!!

That's great that you are loosing on your own. A couple of years ago...I was on the atkins diet. It took me a while before I saw any results so I gave up. My body is sooo weird. I've never been the type to eat whatever I wanted. The rest of my family is...so it's really depressing. My mother who is 50 is 5'0 and weighs 115lbs..and she eats everything, we call her the baffet eater! My other two sister are tiny and eat fries and whatever they want too

The biggest I've ever been was 170lbs and then I lost it all when I was 19 years old. I went down to 105lbs in three months. I was doing a whole lot of cardio and eating really small portions. It's just harder the older you get. The same routines you did as a kid does not work the older you get.

I dont' do weights either....it's scares me to even think of muscles on me...I just want to be lean and slim.

Good luck and I'll post how I do as well. Oh and someone told me that not eating carbs past 3pm works good too Maybe I will try that!
