Ok ladies, I need some advice. I'm going into week 3 of the apidexin and the appetite suppressing effect is gone. It actually left after the 1st week of being on it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Has anyone else experienced this? I hate to think that my weight is far gone that this stuff won't work for me. Please help, this is really starting to get me down now.

Hey all... seems like nobody's posting anymore.... HELLO OUT THERE! How's it going? I received my Apidexin.... been okay so far.... a little loopy when i take it without eating first... not dizzy really but sometimes a heaviness like a sinus headache... just a bit annoying... but what I expected. When I eat first... I don't have that issue. It hasn't been a week... we'll see what happens.

Hey folks.... it's been a week... lost 5lbs.... ;-) However, I've been a little nausceous the last couples days... didn't have that at first so I'm wondering if it's something I ate instead of the Apidexin??? Anybody else have a sick stomach?

Default New to this...

Hi everyone,

Just received Apidexin today in the mail and will start tomorrow. I'm very nervous though as I've been susceptible to dizziness, headaches and heart palpitations before with other weight loss pills. I am still going to try this though. To tell you the truth I am beyond desperate however with that said, I will only try these pills for 1 week and if I get any side effects that don't go away after a week I will stop taking them. I am a new mom and cannot risk getting seriously ill.

A little more about myself, I am 27 years old, 5'4" tall and the last time I weighed myself was about 2 weeks ago and I was 182lbs. I try to work out 4-5 times a week. We own a treadmill, elliptical, 2 different workout benches and free weights. I've also joined Weight Watchers and have been eating a lot better and try to keep to the "3 meals & 2 snacks a day" rule. Before my son I was 165lbs and when I had my son I was 200lbs. After I had my son I went down to 175lbs but I unfortunately was not able to keep breastfeeding him so that's when I went up to 185lbs. It just been over 3 weeks now and I've only lost 3 lbs. Anyway my over all goal is to get down to at least 130lbs but for right now my short term goal is to get to 145lbs by May'2010...which is when we are going to Mexico for my brothers wedding.

I really hope these pills help without making me too ill. I will keep everyone updated as much as I can.

Take care!

Hey... feeling better today... I wasn't up to par yesterday. I have to take my Apidexin with food. I've just been taking them a week so I'll let you guys know how my second week goes... down 5lbs....Get that workout in... even if it is just a 30 minute walk... AND... get that 64oz of water in. Yes... you will be running to the potty... but your body needs it!

Day 2 for me! Feeling great, lots of energy although I am jittery but other then that I don't have headaches, dizziness or anything bad. I've been drinking a ton of water so maybe that's helping me not feel sick?! Either way I hope things stay this good! Oh I also weighted myself yesterday since it had been awhile and I'm 181lbs. So I'll use that as my starting point. I will update next week uless I have new side effects.

Hi Women!

I'm new here too! A friend recommend a (different) diet pill to me and while researching it, I found Apidexin. I read through a lot of stuff and looked up the ingredients, including reading about 75 pages of this forum. I ordered mine last weekend, got the pills on Thursday and started taking them yesterday.

A little about me . . . I'm 39, 5'3 and 161. About 4 years ago, my thyroid went kaput! I've been on medication, but it took a couple of years to find the right dose. I went from 118 to 182. Bummer. I've been doing Weight Watchers and lost the 20 pounds, but I'm hungry ALL the time! I don't know how many calories it is--I use the "points" system, but I think it's 1000-1200 calories a day depending on my food choices (food higher in fiber and lower in fat have fewer points). So I eat lean protein and lots of fiber. But I'm STILL hungry! I exercise 4-5 times a week, including power lifting. I don't really bulk at all, but I am freakishly strong.

So, I thought the appetite supressing effects might help. Day two and I am less hungry. I have headaches most of the time, so that potential side effect didn't bother me. But, nothing so far--not even my usual head-achiness! No jittery or nausea either. But, weird thing . . .

Didn't exactly have the best first day at work to try this. I'm a crisis counselor and got called in at 5 am yesterday (day 1). I packed up the pills with my daily vitamins and didn't get to eat my regular healthy breakfast. Took the pills with a snack bar, all I could manage while being at the hospital and on the phone, etc. Felt OK. Got back to my office and decided to take does two at 3:30. Was a little concerned about the potential sleeplessness, but I was completely drained from the stress of the day and figured it wouldn't be an issue.

Went to bed at 11 and started to feel funky. Threw up the juice I had with dinner (dinner was healthy soup with added 1/4 cup beans and 1/4 brown rice and 1 double fiber english muffin--normally have salad, but out of lettuce and 1/2 cup OJ). But none of the food and then felt fine. I don't think it was the pills, it had been almost 8 hours since I took them, and it was only the juice. Seems like my body decided it didn't want it in there. Which is weird, cause I have a 1/2 cup with breakfast, just not yesterday.

Anyway, haven't really noticed increased energy, but my thyroid test (TSH) was high and we're adjusting my meds. Screwed up metabolism means screwed up energy levels.

Anyway, I started taking the apidexin to hopefully get a little boost of energy and some appetite supressant. Not expecting miracles, just looking for some additional support. It's not all about vanity, though I am not pleased with my appearance, my weight isn't healthy and I have a history of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol in my family which I have thus far managed to avoid. Not sure if I can continue to do that at this weight. WW is helping, but it's SUCH a struggle! I just need a little help so I don't get discouraged and quit. I have a closet of beautiful clothes that I should be wearing again someday! I don't want to be a waif, but I want to be me again!

Hope we can get to know each other! Looking forward to the mutual support!

Eph

Default Let's get started!

Hello ephany!

I am new to this blog too! I read so much about this product. I hope it will work for me. I started the pills yesterday, Sunday 11/15/09 (Apidexin and Detox.

Here is something about myself:
- I am 38 years old, 5"5, I weight as of 11/14/09 205.5 lbs.... (this figure scares the H. out of me! I have never been this big without being pregnant!!).
- I gave birth to my second child seven months ago.
- I have been breastfeeding/ pumping since then.
- When I decided to start Apidexin & Detox I stopped giving my milk to my baby (she is big enough now for the formula and solid food which she has been taking for a while now).
- To help me lose more weight, I decided to keep pumping my milk following the old schedule (about 8 times per day) but of course discard it afterwards.
I don't know if there are women out there who tried this before! It is a bit odd but I thought breast milk has a lot of fat in it, why stop pumping, I can just discard it right after pumping...

I am the type that never loses weight with the wind, I have to force it out!!! In fact I gained 10 lbs breastfeeding... amazing hein? Usually we lose weight, no? Well, not with me! I also gained 50 lbs in each of my two pregnancies... I had to go on a strict diet after the first one to get back to my old me.

So anyway, I wanted to say Hi! and I will keep everyone posted every week. I am eager to weight and measure myself next sunday. I feel a little nervous and that's about it.

Keep posting please, we keep each other motivated and going!

Love,
Gaxelle
