Congratulations on your weight loss.

That is awesome. It sounds as if you are doing what needs to be done already. Are you asking because you stopped losing or because your job is no longer as physical as before? if it's that then you might just want to incorporate 10-15 minutes, two or three times a day, somewhere in your long hours. It helps to park farther from your building, or taking the stairs, etc. I would also like to lose just a few lbs but my problem is that I get too lazy so I found a great forum that I will be reporting to. I need to be held accountable so therefore I won't have a choice but to work out (actually I'm going to do 30 minutes of walking M-F). I went to the store today and parked as far away as I could and carried my own groceries. So that's a start. I'm also starting a cleanse, detox program that originally helped me lose 2 dress size in 1 1/2 months and it has helped me remain at a size 6 for over a year but the lack of excercise is causing my size 6 to feel a little to snug
